He has short ear-length hair which is actually a light shade of gray, but due to bullying in his younger years, has it dyed brown. He has light blue eyes, often hidden behind black half-frame glasses, as he is near-sighted. He is quite short, only about 5'6" with a thin build, with slightly long limbs and a small torso with broad shoulders. His skin is quite pale, because of his time indoors, as well as a scar on his right arm from a fall off a two story building (he survived, by the way).
Victor's casual clothing, when not in uniform, is an orange long sleeve T-shirt with all buttons done up. Over this, he wears a navy blue zip-up Hoodie with gray insides. Despite seeming thin, the inside holds many pockets, which are home to a variety of tools. He regularly wears faded jeans and sneakers. He wears his jacket, even in summer, and only takes it off when about to fight.

Victor Castleton is quite shy and is often quiet, afraid to hurt someone's feelings, even if what he says is complimentary. This is due to the fact that he has little to no social skills, choosing rather hiding from others. He also conceals himself because he feels that his power -and genetic makeup- makes him a freak, as his own parents abandoned him on the streets as a child.
Despite being slow to warm up to people, he can be very talkative and is quite honest, only telling a lie if the information is irrelevant or very personal to him, like how he can remember the day he was abandoned. He can come off as docile, thanks to his shyness, but is really observing the room, and if given enough time, can almost predict the actions of those close to him, which is few, as he struggles to make friends, and doesn't talk to others unless they talk to him first. Despite this, he tries to help others, often from the shadows.
Despite being quite shy, he hides a darker side, holding a lot of anger over being a loner. If someone was going to threaten him or a friend, Victor ould lash out violently, and with great speed.
Before he came to Manta Carlos, Victor used to live in Melbourne, but instead of going out and seeing the views common to the city, he stayed in his small room at the orphanage he was raised in. During this time, he spent his days reading various sci-fi books, of which his favorite were those that had references to the idea of time travel, and can get annoyed when someone thinks he can travel through time because he has always wanted to do so (mostly to meet his parents). He had been unable to make friends before coming to Santa Carlos, as he had a habit of running away (or 'teleport' if he used his power). Despite this, he adores young kids (or does that look young), having no trouble to talk to them, as they 'don't seem to care what you say'. The only other circumstances that he can talk comfortably to someone is when he feels a connection, or when anonymous, like in a costume or online, because then nobody would seem to realize the person behind the mask making mistakes.
Victor, due to never being taught how to use his power, lives in worry in case he uses his power accidentally. This causes him to stare at clocks almost obsessively, though this has been dampened down upon coming to Manta Carlos and realizing that virtually no-one would notice the difference. Victor is also quite smart, easily remembering entire textbooks, though he can struggle with essays, as the Essay has an ingrained personality. Because of this, he could easily pass exams, but he deliberately made mistakes in order to pass off as average.

Update: Since Joining Starlight, He has become more Confident, though slightly, in meeting others, and is more likely to create conversations.

Over the Years that follow, he was the victim of bullying for his hair and backstory, leading him to dye his hair, as well as isolating himself from others. He began to spend a lot of time in his room, creating an online life for himself as a Gamestreamer, where the anonymity allows him to speak confidently, gaining millions of Fans over the process of a few years.
