He'd pay for their books and buy them their ice cream before they headed out, a small smile on his face. The ice cream was indeed good, but he suspected that any food would be good if shared with Amber. They'd arrive at her home shortly after finishing their dessert.
"I had a really good time," he'd say, giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "We'll have to go back there sometime....and stargazing once it warms up a little." In fact he was looking forward to spending a lot of time with her.
Leaning in, he'd give her a gentle kiss on the cheek before pulling back. Looking at her a moment he'd lean in again, and give her a proper kiss in the lips, his arms gently wrapping around her.
"So.......see you tomorrow?" he'd ask with a tiny chuckle as their kiss ended.
