He'd blush when she rubbed his ears, but allowed her to continue. "You like them?" he'd chuckle. "I thought they looked goofy, was worried them with the eyes might bother you some." He was relieved that she was ok with the changes and even liked some of them.

The vampire would sigh with relief, gently leaning his forehead against hers. "Well, uh, so yeah, ears, eyes and these damned wings," which felt bigger than they actually were.

"I guess this is vampire puberty?" he'd say with a snort and an embarrassed chuckle. "Sorry that I worried you," he'd wrap his arms around her in a hug.

"Yeah, ok." He'd kiss the top of her head, keeping his arms wrapped around her. "Luckily summer is here, so I'll have extra time to practice flying and adjust to things." Really the wings was the biggest thing, the rest was just aesthetic changes.

He'd sigh a little. "I just wish I could make the wings vanish like most can," said wings would half instinctively join in the hug, gently wrapping around them both. "I keep hitting them on things, they'd be covered in bruises if I didn't heal fast."

Then he'd pause a moment. "And.....did you call me babe?" he'd ask, blushing and chuckling, looking down at her curiously.

He'd chuckle. "Don't want an extra toasty boyfriend?" obviously he'd fly at night, but her jokes made things a bit easier. "Don't worry I'll stick to the night," he'd smile, "and once I get the hang of it I can take you flying."

The vampire would shake his head. "I liked it actually," she was pretty much the only person who could make him blush. "I'm just gonna have to think up a pet name for you."

Nathan would give her a quick kiss. "Maybe love spider?" he'd suggest wityba small chuckle.

He'd tilt his head when Amber rejected the name, that seemed odd but he wouldn't argue it. "Well....," leaning close he'd give her a quick peck on the lips. "Your eyes are kinda close to the color of honey," he'd smile, "and you are a darling spider girl."

"So I can call you those," he'd say, giving her a comforting smile. "My darling spider girl with honey sweet eyes," he'd say with a chuckle.

"Anyways, thank you for checking on me," he'd say with a smile. "Though your disapproval of my haircut is tragic," he'd say with a chuckle.

He'd snicker. "I thought it might make me look a little less grumpy," the vampire would shrug. "Still a good amount of spikiness on top," his hair was definitely shorter though and cut into a quasi mohawk.

Nathan would blush when she started rubbing his pointed ears. "Heh, that kinda feels nice," he'd chuckle, letting her continue.

"So, I start my first flying class tomorrow night, once I get the hang of it I can take you flying." The changes were weird but the flying sounded kinda nice. "Maybe you a sorta flying date under the moonlight?"
