Unwanted Reunion

Nyx scowled at Richard. "What are you staring at?! Never seen a girl before?" She winced. "With the way you look, i wouldn't be surprised."

She leaned towards her friends. "You guys, I don't feel so good around them... That guy keep staring at me! Is there something wrong with me? Did Runenii do something?"

Mark stared a Shuoryk with angry eyes. "How....." he thought.

"no my dear, Just amazed that your race is still alive." Richard said smiling. "now now, no need for hostile attitudes."

The thief's pupils turned to slits and she bared her fangs. "What do you mean my race? You know nothing! Leave us now before I force you to!" He couldn't know about my past. He can't...

Although she looked bold, she was shaking inside. What Richard had said had sunk right to her core...

"Don't listen to him. Hes try to mess with your mind."

Richard smiled evily

"Fine" Mark said turning to Nyx," Richard..."

they turned away and started walking back down the hall. "I'll soon be rich and famous" Richard said too Marks, quietly...

Nyx's calm demenor suddenly turned to panic. She gripped Shuoryk's arm. "We have to go somewhere else or eliminate them!! I'm not going to go with him!! I can't! I won't!"

Tendrils of fear wound around her being and she shivered. I won't go back there! I just can't go back there!

"dont worry" said Shuoryk in pain "I'll be here...arm ARM!!!"

The thief let go. "Sorry..." She eyed Shuoryk. "What do they have to do with you, Shuo?"

Nyx knew Shuoryk was quite mysterious and kept quiet about his past, but this was the first time that someone had acutally shown up claiming to know her friend. "Looks like we have big problems to deal with... We've got Mark, Richard, Runenii... and I bet alot of others will show up too..."
