Unity warehouse is the main base of operations for the Rosales gang. Another company not directly owned by the Rosales but rather one of the businesses under their protection. Inside, Unity is spaciously and has an open floor plan with a few exceptions. The warehouse is bare, with computers, chairs, and tables that can be quickly and quietly moved to a new location at a moments notice.
To an outsider, it would be hard to see the illegal business being done here. As a furniture warehouse that sells on the island and off, it is easy to smuggle smaller items without notice and being on the pier means easy disposal of bodies into the ocean. Most of what is done here is paperwork, planning, and briefings, keeping just enough everyday activity as not to draw much attention.
The main level of the warehouse is paperwork and other boring tasks. But deeper there are soundproof rooms to torture, interrogate, or keep short-term hostages in. Generally speaking, these rooms are not frequently used for these things. They contain small cots and nothing much else with locks that accessed on the outside.
On the upper levels of the warehouse is one sparsely decorated meeting room where the council of Rosales children meet and discuss plans or host quick, usually impromptu meetings. This conference room has a window that looks out on the main floor of the warehouse. The window is bullet proof and magic resistant.
Also upstairs are several small offices for department heads. None of these are occupied at the current moment. Each has a phone, chair, desk, and small filing cabinet. These aren't very large, comfortably seating only two and able to hold up to four people at the most.
