So, right now I have three characters who are adults (physically, not necessarily mentally), not attending school and are all unemployed. These three 'adults' being Eli, Sark and Endrit. Consider this a resume!
Eli Smith - Eli is the first of the three unemployed characters. He isn't too hot on socialising, and finds difficulty with the variety of people on the island. He follows instructions quite well and is pretty good with physical labour. Big fan on reading and writing. Pretty mentally stable (for now). He has two extra pairs of arms which he can summon which all together give him a strength of around 4 people. Has 6 revolvers, and is skilled in quickdraw. Won't do illegal type business.
Edit: Sark now works security at BlackThorn and Endirt now works as a bartender at Club Gambit.

- Retail and waiter type jobs may be good for Eli to build up his socialising skills. He'll be quite clumsy, and likely won't stay in this position forever, but would probably grow to enjoy it.
- As stated, skilled in physical labour. Jobs which require physical labour may be good for Eli.
- Quiet jobs, such as at a library, would be pretty good for Eli. His insatiable desire to learn, and his enjoyment of reading, would make him a solid librarian.
- Eli could be eligible for security type jobs. He'd be hesitant to go into them, but would likely be pretty good with it.
Sark Sason - Sark is the second. Enjoys socialising too much and is only vaguely alarmed by the variety of people on the island. He typically follows instructions pretty good, but he may ask questions. Good with physical labour, and is fast. Learns very fast as well. He enjoys being around animals, reading, swimming, driving and/or piloting, and talking. Can be pretty sarcastic and has dark humour, but okay otherwise. Experiences severe lapses when reminded of his own death. Is a little bit stronger than a regular human, and a heck of a lot faster. Is able to use pretty much any weapon ever. Is a former mercenary. May do illegal business.
- Sark is very sociable and enjoys socialising. Retail and waiter type jobs would be where Sark would thrive in as a first job. However, likelihood is that he wouldn't stay long since he'd more than likely get bored.
- He'd be decent with physical labour jobs because he's a bit stronger than a human, and doesn't get as tired out. He also moves really fast.
- Sark loves reading, but wouldn't do well in a quiet environment. He's too hyperactive to be in a quiet environment.
- Sark is a former mercenary. Those who know of this could attempt to contract Sark for pretty much any business.
- Sark's skills mean he'd be excellent in security. However, his mental state would more than likely make it difficult.
- Could be hired for illegal work if provided with enough compensation.
Endrit Prifti - Endrit is the third in this little unemployed trio. He enjoys socialising, but not as much as Sark. He has lived on Manta Carlos for his entire life, so the variety doesn't faze him often. He follows instructions practically blindly and only asks questions if he needs clarification on an instruction. He's ok with physical labour, but not as good as Eli or Sark. He enjoys socialising, jogging and cooking. He is mentally okay, other than doing and saying what believes other people want of him. Only a little bit stronger, sensitive, and faster than a human. Is not a fighter. Has a criminal record. May do illegal business.
- Endrit enjoys socialising. He would thrive in retail or waiter type businesses, but may struggle due to him saying and doing what he believes other people want of him. His criminal record may also make him less desirable to hire.
- Could do physical labour jobs, but wouldn't be that good in them.
- He enjoys cooking, and is actually pretty good at it. He would do well in a culinary position.
- Due to him saying and doing what he believes others want of him, he could go into illegal business very easily. It wouldn't take much convincing from others to get him dragged into it.
