Dev took out his book from inside his coat and sat down by a tree and began to read. The book wasn't that interesting, but he was extremely bored so he was reading it anyway. As he read, Dev noted the characters weren't that interesting and were quite flat and undeveloped, but still he kept reading.

White hair seemed bright in this place where little light fell through really. The figure stopped upon seeing another, a boy she had not seen before. Grren eyes were vibrant against her skin. Outfit was blue jeans and a tank top of dark blue. Odly she worse flip flops. Hands were in the pockets of her jeans.

Reklas cntnued to walk nearer to the boy, but said nothing.

Dev heard someone approaching and looked up. He froze when he saw a girl with white hair coming toward him. Maybe I can shift into something else... He tired three times before remembering he couldn't do so while sitting.

Dev sighed and just stared, waiting for the girl to get to him. Hope she doesn't try and kill me.

Seeing he had noticed her she stopped, noticing the unease he seemed to show unconciously. Reaching a distance where he could see her face and she could see him she sat down carefully.

"Dont worry. I dont bite..Much."

She gave a small grin and looked at a set of odd 'rings' on her fingers. It looked like a bunch of wire thin rings on her knuclkes.

Dev's eyes widened and his eyebrows rose at her words. He turned his head and stared at her. "Much? So you do bite...?" He wished he had the nerve to stand right then so he could change into a butterfly or a robin so he could fly away. But he thought it wound be rude to do so, so he just stayed where he was.

Seeing his reaction and hearing him she bursted out laughing. It waqs not timid, but not extremely brass either. Lips were curved into a smirk.

"Only if bitten first. You dont look like someone who bites, so dont worry. You know, its rude not to give a name."

She told him then thought for a moment. peaking again she gave a rueful grin.

"Well..so is asking for a name without giving your own. My apologizes. Reklas Mist."

Dev relaxed and grinned. "Interesting name. I'm Devlin Irons." He looked at her and saw something on her hand. "What's that?"

She told him and looked down to what he was looking at. The wires. Eyes took a mischief filled light as she raised up her hand.

"Take a look yourself."

Dev took her hand and examined the wire for a minute. He then let her hand go. "What exactly can you do with it?"

When he took her hand nothing happened, but when he let go and spoke something did. Almost all except for one ring around her middle finger fell, and rose to wrap around his wrist. The strength was stronger than most 'string' but moved more fluidly than you would think a wire could. It would not easily be removed if he tried. Skin could redden and seem bout to be sliced before the wire fell limp.

"Thats what it does."
