Troubled Night

It was dark, way past midnight, no one was near the forbidden, except one boy, and a horse. The boy was wearing red and black armor, and had a sword strapped to his side. Dark hair was pulled back and hidden behind his hood of the cloak. The horse was neighing, and stomping his hoof. Fury glared at it for a moment, then shook his head, and walked a bit away from the black and white horse.

This night, was the best, but also the most frightful one. Tonight, was the night he stabbed his younger brother Trephas. He nearly killed his brother, and then nearly killed Eben, but didn't, even though he hated Eben more the his brother.

He knew his brother would survive, but he wondered if Trephas would tell anyone, tell Lex. He did not fear that he might die, but dying by a modern day human would destroy him, he got angry at himself for being so weak, he refused to let that happen.

Snarling angrily, he continued to pace back and forth. He didn't quite know what he should do now, but he figured he'll go back to the academy, and deal with whatever comes his way. Nodding to himself, he will do that, just deal with what comes at him. Silently he leaned against a tree, and slumped to the ground, in a sitting position, and looked over the trees, every now and thinking he saw something but it always turned out to be nothing.

Shasta watched as the boy paced back and forth and eventually slumped to the ground. She had been unsure why she was in the Forbidden area so late into the night but at this point she didn't care, the part of her that cared for everyone made her very concerned for the boy. She walked over closer to him, appearing as a ghost in her white dress as it flapped in the breeze.
Excuse me? Are you alright? she asked as she reached the tree he was sitting underneath

Kyako needed somewhere quiet to think about some things, so she quickly teleported herself to the stables to get a horse, then teleported both herself and the horse to the forbidden area. She knew her voice would be quiet, if not completely gone for the next day, but she really didn't care. No one would be around to talk to, so it wouldn't matter.

As she rode bareback, Kyako didn't notice her surroundings or the two other occupants of the land.

Fury took in a shuddering breath. He was feeling maybe, mixed emotions? He was angry, sad, frightened, but happy in a cruel way. He smirked slightly, his eyes gleaming with an evil glint. When he heard the voice above him he jumped to his feet, instinctively pulling his sword out in a swift movement. He turned around and backed a couple steps away from the tree and looked up.

He stared at the girl, his gaze angry. He stood tall, his sword gripped tightly in his hand. On the sword was dry blood, blood from his brother.

"Yes I am all right." He snapped angrily, for seemingly no reason. He glanced at the other girl who rode a horse, and his gaze shifted between both of them.

Shasta didn't back up, she also wasn't afraid, she could feel his emotions she knew he was sad, he was angry, and happy. There was something to him that possibly he himself didn't even know. She moved forward but stopped and looked over at the other girl on the horse, she didn't say anything to her, but her eyes tried to channel, even in the darkness, to be wary. She was about to say something that was probably very stupid.
You are sad, another step forward. Your bloody blade does not scare me. she said to him. The whole time her eyes very welcoming with a smile on her face

Kyako started when she heard and saw two figures. She thought about ignoring them and passing on, but against her better judgement she stopped her horse and slowly climbed off. "Uh....hello," she greeted quietly.

He glared at the girl, he took a step back, wondering if he should kill her, so she would stop annoying him from his thoughts, but he thought against it, he had spilled to much blood for one night. He lowered his blade, but did not seath it. His eyes calmed slightly, but they still held an angry look.

"I do not care if you are not scared." He snapped again. "Now, what do you want?" He asked, then looked at the other girl who dismounted, in the background, Flick neighed, stomping his hoof, but Fury ignored his horse. "What do both of you want?"

Shasta stopped her approach. What did she want? She wanted to help, that much was true, she wanted to keep him from hurting more people, that was also true. So why was she being so apprehensive about it now? She took in a gulp of air and then another step forward.
I want to help. she said matter-of-factly.

"Is that a rhetorical question, or did you really wish for me to answer it?" Kyako knew her voice wouldn't lastfor much longer...

He continued to look at Shasta, then he shook his head and laughed, a dull laugh. "There is nothing you can help me with, no one can help me." He said, a bit angrily, but it was a bit calmer. He took in another shuddering breath, it was hard for him a little to threaten and attack his family all in one night, he felt like he was still recovering from it, though he had been out here for nearly an hour.

"Don't answer it then, I don't care." He said in a quiet tone.
