[Trendy Beauty] New cosmetic launch

With a new counter filled with samples of this new hydrating cream, Trendy Beauty had throngs of customers, even some who came from well outside the island, for this new cosmetic launch. The cosmetic is purported to make the friction coefficient of their users lower over time. And so, Carrie stepped forward and started talking about this wonderful (to her eyes, because she tested it over several weeks) new product in front of hundreds of people.

"Neutronium is a product that will make your skin neutron star-smooth. After four weeks, my friction coefficient has decreased 34%, 45% after 6 weeks and 54% after 8 weeks"

Carrie was about to answer a customer's query while she felt the weight of an unsuspecting customer falling on her by complete accident. It was a little painful, but Carrie could get back up, embarrassed as she was by this unsuspecting customer that caught her off-guard. When she could get back up, though, she picked up the microphone where she left it off. "Sorry for this interruption, but an over-eager customer has knocked over me. As a compensation, may I offer this customer the first sample of Neutronium. But, to answer the question of another prospective customer, it doesn't quite work with a film of free neutrons; the neutrons themselves would be too unstable to last for hours and turn the film of neutrons into a gas of hydrogen atoms; the science behind this is rather complicated but this is the main idea. There are neutrons, yes, but they are bound to the protons in the atoms"

So Carrie felt like introducing Neutronium to the public was more like being the host of a science show than actually selling cosmetics. However, she seems to know her stuff quite well for a cosmetics merchant.

Carrie knew that there was a timne to address the audience, and a time to let the audience actually try the products for sale. When the audience could finally get to sample the product being launched, Carrie turned to the girl that apologized for having fallen on her earlier. "That's OK, everyone can have a lapse of attention at some point; I accept your apologies"
