Jack finished lacing up his shoes. "I am gonna be hurt tomorrow." He said with a smile. He started to do push-ups. "1,...2,...3,...4"

Jack was panting now. "60,...6 wah." He collapsed. "Ahh..." he gasped. "Need...fresh..air." He said as he got up and dashed toward the door.
