Eein Dresden

The breakup hadn't been bad, no drama or screaming, just two people going their separate ways. It still hurt though, in truth he wasn't emotionally great, hadn't been for a while, he was just good at hiding it.

So as usual he found himself in the woods, or rather just very close to them. He could see a few farms owned by the families of a fee of his classmates. He'd been training for sometime, striking some targets with electricity and freezing flame. The young dragon was perhaps himself a bit to far in an attempt to vent his emotions.

He recognized the scent when it appeared, didn't bother trying turning to greet his visitor. "Need something Aros?" he'd ask, shaking his hand as the sparks of electricity faded from his fingers. "You have a weird way of popping up."

Aros chuckled as he approached Eein from behind. He had seen that the day was somber and wanted to take a break from the ruckus of the house. His wife was home for a few days instead of the station and had taken to practicing some dances with the girls. This was more of an escape than a liesurely walk. He hadn't expected to meet with his newfound kinsman while out and about but it had become common for them to pass each other in the woods on occasion.

"Not so weird considering I travel these woods often." He looked over Eeins demeanor and raised a curious eyebrow. "Everything alright with you? Did something happen with Whisp or your mother? I know both of them must be a strange mix to wake up to." He laughed.

He didn't know what had happened but something was clearly weighing on his mind. He had a feeling it was the effects of his break up with Jazz but he didn't have any business bringing that up out of nowhere. He'd told Eein not to get to attached but no break up his easy he figured.

Eein wasn't in a good mood, he was in a weird grumpy and confused mood that left him easily agitated. Now, Aros calling Huliu his mother was something that'd always bothered him, made him uncomfortable. "She's not my mother," he'd grumble, though those with sharp ears would of heard. He loved Huliu, but he wasn't comfortable with people calling her his mother.

"Nothing happened," he'd say, glancing back at the older dragon, which was true though his grumpy mood might make some think otherwise. "I'm just training, that's all," it more venting than training, destroying targets to vent emotions, no focus to it.

He was used to having so many family members and dragons connected to said family. He just had his parents before, it was odd having so many people around him.

Aros stepped closer to Eein , hearing the boys sharpened words under his breath. Huliu was his mother in all terms of the role. She had no requirement of taking the wayward boy underneath her wing nor did she have the requirement of adopting him into her bloodline. By both societal law and cultural law, Eein was her child to look after. Aros felt a knot of anger form from the blatant disrespect bu the years had trained him to unravel them before unnecessary violence followed.

"What makes you say that Huliu isn't your mother? She may not have given birth to you but she is your mothering you like she would her own child. Blood isn't the only thing that makes a family boy."

Aros' tone was keeping calm but the armor around his words was authoritative and showed he was serious about what he meant. Huliu was one of the kindest individuals he knew in the community and the most giving to have her love be spat upon over a word was utterly wrong.

He'd called her his mother many times before and this sort of tone and attitude wasn't given so he decided to not press his lecturing and instead try to find the root of the problem " Now tell me what really making act like this." He crossed his arms and stared Eein down awaiting an adequate answer.

"No, you don't tell me who my mother is!" he'd say with a dragon growl, "and don't fucking call me boy." He'd turn to face Aros, his eyes showing anger, confusion and pain.

He didn't back down from the staring, he wouldn't give in, he was stubborn as well as angry. "Nothing...I already told it....it's nothing....fucking nothing."

In truth he wasn't sure what was causing all if it. It was something that'd been built up, he'd never gotten to mourn his parents, and the breakup had made all those emotions flow over.

Aros simply stood with his arms crossed as Eein blew up. His face holding a stalwart expression that showed the loud voice and aggression did nothing to him in the way of making him move or worry. It was common for Xol'grans, in general, to have hot streaks in them. Even as a boy he would argue with his father and attempt to fight him, regardless to say it was normal for him. he let out a sigh as he tried to put aside the initial disrespect shown to Huliu in favor of getting to the root of Eeins issue. It was the right thing to do...is something Huliu would say if she were here. She was more openly affectionate then he was.

"You are a boy, boy. And the way you're acting makes it clear that something is bothering you. I may be older but I'm not sightless. You are yelling, the anger in your voice is clearer than the sky today, and i've dealt with enough children to know something deeper has happened to you."

He furrowed his brow more "Now you can continue to pretend nothing is wrong and have it eat at you or you can act like an honest young man. Coddling you is not my intention or my style, so have some respect for those showing care for you."

He was called boy again, he'd requested not be called boy and been denied, he'd requested his guardian not be called his mother been denied. So the emotionally troubled dragon did what was expected, he snapped.

Eein moves fast, his fist flying, intending to punch Aros. The elder dragon was possibly stronger than him, but Eein had gotten stronger recently with his growth spurt.

What else was he to expect from a person so off balanced? Eeins mind clearly was focused on something else, destroying his calm levelheaded demeanor. It was a shame, a shame Aros had to defend himself against the child of his friend. No matter how he spun this Huilu would not deal well with the idea of the two fighting, or Aros striking Eein for the matter. It was a rather dammed if you do dammed if you don't situation.

Regardless of the future effects Aros' mind and the body were quick to map out a response to the quick movements. It was nothing of great note, Eein had spent time training but a few months could do nothing for bad form lack of experience. Aros pivoted on his right foot, making his body perpendicular to the incoming strike. What followed was the hard wired response. He would grab the extended arm of the bunch and use the power of the punch against its owner. If all carried well Eein would be thrown over the shoulder of Aros though due to the release of Eeins arm being at the highest point in the flip the boy would fly straight and not slam into the ground.

Eein was a shower, to say he preferred to show his powers far more than Aros would. He'd seen the boy fly on numerous occasions so to follow up with the throw where Aros would usually advance for a more lethal strike he'd steady himself and prepare for more flails of emotion. He couldn't hurt the boy, it was not his child, and he was not in the right mind.

A small draconic curse escaped his lips as he wished Huilu was here. With proper witnesses, he'd allow himself to do more. Though in his pit Aros missed this, it reminded him of fights with his son, the menace. Puffing up his chest was in his nature. A sense of nostalgia rooted itself as his body kept spatial awareness. The squirrel running up a tree, the deer running not too far off, his senses kept him alert and privy to their surroundings.

He was being thrown, or at least that's what Aros was trying to do. Eein wasn't anywhere near experienced as the elder dragon, but he was still trained and was strong.

As he was thrown his free hand would lash out at his opponent, his fingers and claws grabbing onto his clothing, pulling him with him. It likely wouldn't be enough to throw Aros off balance but it'd maybe give him pause.

With the throw stopped his foot would lash out at Aros's knee, his arm pulling at Aros, trying to trip and throw him in turn.

But it would seem Aros plans would not go entirely unhindered as the boy took hold of him while being thrown. Clinging for safety, a smart move but foolish to him. Aros was carried with Eein, the two now sharing the fate of the throw but instead of being launched into a distant tree the two land not far from where the quarrel had started. Being tangled was not his forte but Aros had not spent his months idle as well. His purpose for joining BlackThorn in the first place was to examine the more martial strategies of the outer world.

As Eein's leg went to kick at his own Aros would avoid the blow by lifting his leg over the strike altogether. A kick in such close proximity would be weaker and much easier to overcome than an extended one where a person's whole body was at work.

With one foot over the unguarded leg and his other firmly planted to deter the force in which Eein was trying to exert over him, Aros would push the young dragon with adequate force, a rather unorthodox outside leg trip. Given the maneuver, he assumed Eein would either let go and trip over the leg Aros now had behind him or he would try to retighten his grip, foregoing his earlier throw.

Either way Aros expected him to fall, between a tight grip and the force at which he was pushing his shirt was sure to tear away and he saw no reason in preserving it in this scenario. Clothes meant nothing in this fight. Material objects which could be brought or fixed. Even if for some reason Eein didn't fall but a release did occur Aros would jump back and create distance between the two.

"You fight wild. Solidify your ground but be fluid enough to adapt." Is what he would say after creating space.
