Appearance Description:
Tomiki is a very small girl, with very little muscle. She stands at about 4’5 and weighs just under 65 lbs. Her skin is pale, but not abnormally so, and tans well. Her hair is a pure snow white, and she has a pair of very fluffy cat ears atop her head. A matching pair of tails constantly sway behind her, keeping her balance and revealing when she’s becoming impatient.
Miki’s eyes are a brilliant red when she's eaten recently, but a very dull maroon when she's hungry.
Tomiki’s clothes are mainly blood covered dresses she steals from children she's eaten. Her favorites are generally clean aside from the blood stains, consisting mainly of cute lolita style dresses which seem to make people more likely to come near her. Her hair never grows very long, the length fairly proportional to that of her fur, and is generally tied back in a way that matches the dress she's wearing.
To enhance her adorableness, Tomiki has four stuffed animals which she may carry with her, a brown rabbit missing its left ear, a blue penguin, a white teddy bear with a purple bowtie or a rather bloodstained grey cat.
As a cat, Tomiki is a pure white short hair, however she often gets blood in her fur that she can't wash out, giving her some reddish brown spots
Personality Description:
Tomiki is young and generally clueless about everything but what she can or cannot eat. Trivial human things bore her, possibly dangerous situations just another walk in the park, and death a myth. She believes she is at the top of the food chain, having yet to meet something willing or able to kill her.
Family and general acts of affection repulse her, however she is curious about what families do. She will on occasion, when wandering the day as a cat, stalk a family as they go about their day. If they have a pet, she pays closer attention: if the pet is treated well, she lets them be. If they abuse it, she devours them at night and ‘frees’ the pet.
Powers: Tomiki has not discovered any powers of her own.
Species Abilities: As a Nekomata, Tomiki can switch between girl and cat at will. This is easiest at night, between sunset and sunrise, so she usually picks a form just before dawn and uses it all day. Shifting during the day usually takes more concentration than a nine year old cat-girl can manage.
Not to be confused with Bakeneko, Nekomatas are extremely malicious and dark. They survive on human flesh and devour up to seven people a night if left uncontrolled. Nekomatas have a heightened sense of smell concerning rotting flesh, more so than a cat nose’s senses are already heightened compared to a human’s. They are usually associated with hauntings and other supernatural occurences however this is usually coincidence or symbiosis, not a direct cause.
Biography: Tomiki was born as a normal cat, a fluffy little kitten with snow white fur. Her mother was a stray, and so was Miki. They survived off of scraps and small animals like rats and birds, until one day, Miki’s mother never returned. The abandoned kitten cried on a doorstep, waiting for her mother to return, but instead found a kindly old couple who brought her inside and fed her. The couple took care of her as she grew fatter, then, only a few months later, snapped her neck, skinned her and cooked her.
Tomiki was so extremely offended that she returned from the dead as a nekomata. She devoured the old couple while they slept and continued on to devour the rest of the tenants in their building, approximately 16 people in total before running off at dawn. Even after getting her revenge, Tomiki didn't simply pass on to the afterlife. She remained in the city and tricked people into approaching her, first as a lost kitten, then as an adorable little girl who had lost her parents. After two years she was run out of town by other local demons, then began city hopping so she could eat more without risk of being caught.
After a few years, Tomiki found herself nearing the western coast of Europe. With no other cities to visit, the nekomata took a boat across the sea and found Manta Carlos.
