Appearance Description: Tisha stands at around 5'4, and is about 114 pounds. She has large brown eyes, which tend to be wide open, especially when she gets excited. Tisha also has a fairly wide nose, and curly brown hair that reaches just a few inches past her shoulders, which she tends to wear loose, almost always with a flower in it. However, she is not a natural brunette, and often dyes her hair, which is naturally black. She has mocha colored skin, and clothing-wise, Tisha gravitates towards lighter shades, such as sky blue and light pink, and floral designs. She wears a lot of dresses that go just above the knee, which she tends to pair with cowboy boots and denim jackets.
Personality Description: Tisha is a fairly outgoing person, who tends to thrive on gossip and conversation. Basically, Tisha talks. A lot. Even when she doesn't really have care about the matter, she tends to offer her opinion, and cares little about the possible repercussions. Tisha grew up being taught that honesty is the best policy, and tends to follow that fairly rigidly. Because of this, she tends to be quite outspoken, and so Tisha can be somewhat polarizing. In her free time, Tisha loves to spread gossip. While most of the rumors she spreads aren't done out of malice, some of them are done to retaliate for past slights against her, and Tisha tends to hold grudges for a long time, over comparatively minor conflicts. In most cases, Tisha will actively go out of her way to help others, but she usually asks for something in return. These are usually small favors, but Tisha isn't the type of girl who will just give. She is also somewhat spoiled, as her parents tended to buy her almost everything she wanted, Tisha is used to almost always getting her way. If she doesn't, don't expect a meltdown, but she will probably be silently fuming inside.

Tisha can manipulate and generate fire, but currently she doesn't have much control over it. She mainly uses her power to create small sparks, as if the fire is larger than that, she tends to have problems controlling it. Tisha discovered her power when she accidentally lit her birthday cake on fire, and since then, hasn't improved all that much.

- Flame Manipulation: Tisha is able to manipulate existing flames, but isn't quite all that skilled in retaining control of the fire as she is moving it.
- Flame Creation: Tisha can generate fire with a snap of a hand, but right now, it's mainly limited to small sparks and embers. She can create larger fires, but the placement of these tends to be more haphazard, as she has a hard time ensuring that they don't end up becoming a wildfire.

Biography: Growing up in San Diego as the youngest child of three to a wealthy couple, Tisha had a fairly comfortable life growing up. Her parents, Malika and Rodney Barnes, were prestigious property developers, and as the baby of the family, she was pampered all throughout her childhood. Whatever she wanted, she was given. While this meant she got whatever she needed, it also made her somewhat spoiled, and a bit reliant on others.
As a toddler, Tisha was quite active. She loved to crawl around her family's home, and so tended to be quite a handful for her parents, who ended up hiring a nanny, to ensure she was looked after when they were out of the house, and Tisha's older siblings at school.
Throughout elementary and middle school, Tisha tended to make many friends, as she was quite social, and was fairly popular. She loved speaking to new people, and also being the center of attention. For the school play, anything, Tisha wanted to join as long as she could be center stage. As her parents wanted her to do more extracurricular activities, she decided to join the school newspaper. While she initially joined only because she thought she could get new gossip on others, she became genuinely interested in journalism, although she mainly writes articles concerned about rumors in school.
During her 15th birthday party, Tisha discovered her power. This happened when she accidentally set her birthday cake aflame. A week later, an admission letter was sent to her, and after a discussion with her parents, Tisha was sent to Starlight Academy.
