Mita brightened up excitedly and jumped around a bit. They were going to let her stay. AND the big folk girl said that they might bring her out in the world at large.

"Mita sleeps in her room behind the wall. She won't get stepped on. Mita's so glad that you're letting her stay. She promises she'll be a good housemate!"

She stopped for a moment when she saw Causper yawn. Oh right, big folk needed sleep. And it was very dark outside. "You two should go get some sleep. Mita will talk to you in the morning. And she will clean up your trap. Don't worry."

Well, they made her very happy. And now he doesn't have to worry about having to clean up a forgotten mess later, not that he would leave it on purpose, of course. But, it was time for them to sleep, and he would be happy to ask a few questions about Mita in the morning. So, Leo gave Mita a wave, heading back into the bedroom and laying down on the bed.

Causper fiddled with her cellphone as she followed Leo out of the kitchen, sending a few late night orders online. Such as, a roomba from the local technology store, and her old dollhouse from her aunt, as well as some of the doll clothes. Hell be damned if this little person was going to sleep in a wall. Orders completed, Causper flopped ontop of Leo and cuddled him, already asleep when her head hit the pillow.

Taking a deep breath, Mita got to work as soon as her housemates were out of the room. Now that they knew she was here, she couldn't slack off in the least.

She worked through the night, cleaning up the trap components, sweeping the floor, and doing dishes. They had told her she could stay, but she wanted to earn her keep.

She stopped at one point to snack on a piece of a cracker she had acquired from their pantry, then got back to it. By the time morning arrived, the kitchen was considerably cleaner than it had been when Causper and Leo went to bed. And it hadn't been thst dirty to start with.

Mita sat on the counter and hummed cheerfully to herself while she waited for her housemates to wake up.

Leo woke up the next morning, stretching. He was always so impressed on how Causper can just face plant a pillow and instantly be asleep. He was also surprised on how clean the place was when he walked out. For being so small, she had a remarkable ability to keep things tidy. He ended up finding her in the kitchen, waiting patiently.

"Good morning Miss Mita. I see you did a great job on cleaning this place up."

Causper woke up shortly after Leo left, getting dressed and then wrapping herself up in the blanket to join him in the kitchen. She was certainly impressed by the differece between her cleaning, and her cleaning with Mita coming along after. The tiny girl was sitting here in the kitchen now, so it couldn't be a dream, right?

"I ordered some stuff, should make things easier. For you, i mean, Mita. Not that it will make anything harder for us either. Ah.... Morning? How'd you sleep?"
