Vladahlia knew better. The first time she came to this door out of curiousity she had to turn around and walk back.. Having misplaced her glasses she was more than in a spot of pain at the bright lights that were seen behind the door. With an adjustment of her glasses she was able to nullify the specialty of sight that she herself was enchanted with. So is the curse with such sight. To have ones head hurt at the sight of magical items.. It was useful in some places but in others.. It was far too great of a pain. Like stepping into her own storeroom closet.. It was chocked full of old equipment that she never needed anymore.. Tossed in with little care.

While there was little to no need for her personal equipment to be altered or changed.. It was becoming time for her to get maintenance on her everything. Shaking her head she opened the door and walked in.. Minorly adjusting her glasses to prevent accidental slipping down the bridge of her nose. Step by step room, isle by isle Vladahlia walked. Only once she stood at the desk holding the various blue papers and such... Curiosity was peeked once more.

Holding up one suck page, careful not to smudge anything on it. Vladahlia watched as the text blurred before her eyes.. Shuttered and then become something readable to her. Another spell as such that did that.. the spells that were cast on her were definitely worth the years of her life they took.

After examining the paper for a long moment she turned and walked over to the mysterious male that was running this tinkers treasure trove and cleared her throat. Not overly wishing to startle him.. She was sure he was aware of her presence.. Clockworks and magical items were unique like that.

A lone figured hammered away at a long slab of black metal in the middle of the workshop. Thunder roared each time the enchanted hammer struck the hard piece, causing sparks to fly while leaving a mystical imprint on its surface.

The tinkerer stopped for a second, one eyebrow cocked. Footsteps? Impossible. Not without the sound of a doorbell beforehand. He pondered for a second about wether he had remembered to properly close the door or not, bringing a hand to his chin. He lifted his head, perking up, and turned around. "Oh. A Customer!", he exclaimed as his slender fingers adjusted his safety goggles.

Two clicks. A whirr. "Aha. Not here to shop, I wager." The man quickly pushed the contraption on his table towards, ensuring he had the proper space to work on it. He then pulled a chair for her and quickly shuffled towards one of his shelves, picking a pair of metal gloves and a toolbox. "What will it be, miss?"

Vladahlia took a seat gratefully, allowing a moment to give her tired body a needed rest. Looking up to the male before as a warm smile formed on her features. With a gentle sigh her left hand went to her swollen abdomen.. She was most certainly with child alright, several months along in fact.

"Forgive me I am not filled with as much endurance as I once was. However, I am indeed here for something. I require mending for my magical items. They are all getting a bit of worn and require a tender touch."

While her words accidentally portrayed a double meaning that made Vlad blush a bit. Which caused her to make a mental note to scold Loch and thus reflect on how his crass words and lewd behavior was actually affected her. Quietly coughing to help rid her mind of THAT train of though Vlad stood tall once more.

"My name is Vladahlia, please call me Vlad. If you give me a moment I can bring out my entire collections of magical items. Though, there is one item that needs repaired more than anything else."

Reaching to her wrist, she took a moment to unlace the light tan leather bracelette like cuffs that were decorated with burned in feather designs. Holding them up to the tinkerer before her. They exuded a condensed holy aura to them which, could be felt by being very close to them or even wearing them.

"They are Soulfire armor enchanted. This is an enchantment from my world that protects from energy loss and drain as well as damage to ones owns person from such things as well."

If the Tinkerer was able to see magical auras he would see that not only does nearly every that she wore had a magical aura to them.. But so did she.

The tinkerer would've been able to notice the red tint on her face if it weren't for his enchanting goggles. Through the lenses, her entire body seemed to be surrounded by a brightly glowing light, which is why Nulla blankly stared at Vladahlia for a few seconds when she said her magical items needed a gentle touch. While this woman was both beautiful and exotic, she was obviously already someone's special one. Or perhaps not, and she did, indeed want him? Maybe...

The sound of her voice snapped Nulla out of his little trance almost immediately. "My pleasure. Professor Draconis, at your service.", said the man with a bow of his head.

One, two steps forward. Nulla leaned his entire body towards the cuffs she was holding as he tinkered with his goggles. "Mhm...", he hummed as he stroked his silvery beard. "How exactly is the enchantment failing? I'm not seeing anything too strange." His tongue clicked. "I'll probably have to study it for a while."

"A pleasure to meet you Draconis. I apologize, Professor. The enchantment itself origins from that of a holy one. It is meant to block out receiving negative energy attacks, however because I cast with negative energy the bracer takes effect and over time the enchantment fades. Please keep in mind this.."

Taking a moment she sat once more on the chair that was previously offered, exaustion was coursing through her very core. It was like constantly walking around with such a heavy weight upon her. It was a constant sap of her strength, and from time to time a drain on her will to live. But, so was it with her previous pregnancy. She was previously grateful for the eventual end. Two years of this crap was enough.. No more after these two.

Looking up to Draconis she smiled as she watched him stroking his beard.. Curiosity made her wonder what species he was.. If he was human or something more exotic.. With a shake of her head she took a deep breath in and then out while adjusting into a more comfortable position, a hand to her swollen belly.

His slender fingers picked the bracer up. Nulla slowly gyrated the bracelet in, trying to find etched runes on smooth surface. "Oh, so it's just a little worn out. I see." He softly placed it on the table and began to rummage through his toolbox and many shelves while mumbling to himself. "Clover, some garlic, two of these... Mhmm... newt eye, yes... and a catalyst. Good." The ingredients were all placed together in a crystal cup so that Nulla could begin mixing them with a mortar.

"You said your name was... Vladahlia?", said Nulla while his hands were busy creating the mixture. He was afraid he would've butchered her name's pronunciation. "I've heard that name before. You impart class here too, right?"

"Worn out indeed. Those bracers are very important for me, they have bailed me out of severe trouble on more than one occasion. Quite terrible incidents if I do say so myself."

Curiously she watched Draconis work as she reclined in the chair some and adjusting so that way she was in a more comfortable position. It eased the pain that was beginning to form in her lower back. A small sigh escaped her lips as she did so, when did she become so tired? When was she this exhausted this quickly? Damn pregnancy. Taking a deep breath in and then once more and then out again the pain began to ease in the new position.

Draconis would be able to find the runes that he was looking for on the inside of the bands themselves. It was wonderfully intricate many of which were done with some divine enchanter verses that of an arcane one. Though minor in complexity it was easy enough to figure out to the skilled eye.

"Aye, I am. I teach two necromancy classes. One of which is applied the other theoretical. What of yourself?"

One of the reasons why she didnt want people to say her whole name was the pronunciation made her angry when it was done incorrectly, however Draconis did a wonderful job of being able to do so without even a slight slip up.

After a few minutes mixing, Nulla placed the crystal cup over a burner, which he ignited with a snap of his fingers. "I'll add a little power to the enchantment. Shouldn't take too long."

The artificer nodded. "Well, I teach Artifice and Enchantment. Obviously." He chuckled, his dexterous hands making sure the tools were properly prepared. the words "better safe than sorry" crossed his mind. He wasn't particularly fond of half-assed jobs. "Alright. This will just take a moment."

His fingers reached for something that resembled a paintbrush, which Nulla used to coat the bracelet with the mixture while reciting some sort of incantation. Half a minute later, the bracelet emitted a quick flash of golden light, absorbing the components. Nulla dusted off his hands, smiling at her. "That's done. Anything else?"

As she looks at the brace in her hand she smiled warmly before nodding.. Holding a single finger up Vladahlia stood up and walked around to a hidden place.. Several minutes later she walked back wearing a simple silk white dress and plopped down a massive pile of magical items.. Everything she was wearing minus the silk dress, even her glasses were on the stack!

"My magical equipment there needs repairs. I have more items on the way that can be deconstructed for the materials that they contain."

Grinning a bit she sat down next to him as she watched him more closely. Around her wrists were her already repaired bracers. Relaxing a bit she rest her hand on belly and began rubbing it slowly while looking over draconis.

"Tell me about yourself Professor Draconis."

Nulla rested his hands on the table, fingers interlaced, and nodded at Vladahlia when she raised her finger, acknowledging her need for privacy. His whole body sunk into his chair, and he waited. Slowly, his eyes began to close, dozing off...

... Until he was abruptly woken by a noise right in front of him. The artificer started picking items from the pile, giving each one a quick look before arranging them on the table.

"Ah, excellent. That'll offset the costs." She turned to her with a smile. Now that he could see her without all of her magical apparel, Nulla realized how stunning Vlad's figure was, and how much her dress accentuated it. His face took on a light red tint, which he tried to dissimulate by getting to work on the next piece of equipment.

"Oh, there's not much to say about me.", said Nulla with a shrug of his shoulders. "I'm just a boring guy that's happened to find his calling." He clicked his tongue and stopped working, looking her in the eye. The man wondered for a moment, trying to figure out who this being was and why she had such a massive collection of artifacts. "Frankly, you seem a lot more interesting. Oh, and please, call me Nulla."
