Chimaras noticed that Dangers hand was near his dagger. "I see that you are not letting your guard down... And I can't say that I'm not doing the same thing." She was still on guard even though the boy said that he didn't want to fight. She knew how quickly he could change his mind and attack her.

Danger glanced at her with a smirk on his face, eyes twinkling with a bit of true Danger in them. "Yet apparently you enjoy my company, for some reason or another." he remarked, his voice low in his humor. After he said it, he pondered if she'd attack him for it, but didn't really care, one way or another. He knew he just had to deal with the Captain's death, but he wasn't quite ready to put it behind him just yet. Just give me some time.. he told himself, none of anything showing in his twinkling brown eyes as he watched her from beneath the fringe of blond hair.

"Of cause I enjoy your company. I would have left or attacked you by now if I didn't." Her eyes were aware but still showed some of how much she was trying to get him to like her.

When she looked at him that way, all twinkle left his eyes, leaving behind a dull, emotionless shell. Normally, he would have basked in what he eyes had just betrayed to him, probably even play it, but he just wasn't in the mood. Still, he flashed a cocky grin at her, "Can't blame you," he remarked in well feigned cockiness. Sure, she was attractive, but at the moment he barely even noticed the flavour of food.

Chimaras was slightly annoyed by his cockiness but quickly figured out that it sounded fake. "Can you blame me for my loving of you?" She asked Danger unexpectedly. She felt some connection to him and wondered if he felt that connection aswell.

He cocked his head to the side, confusion filling his eyes, the result was that he looked very much like a confused puppy. He'd just met this girl, not even 15 minutes ago, and she said she loved him? Normally, he'd probably have milked it for all it was worth, but he just wasn't in the mood. "I just met you, so I can't say." he said evenly, righting his head. His eyes dulled, and nothing in his tone of voice, stance, eyes, or facial features saying what he was thinking. He wasn't sure how to deal with that in his state of mind, but he was sure that he was going to turn and walk away as soon as he could.

Chimaras understood his confusion... But she would not give up trying to get him to like her as much as she did him. "Will you allow me to accompany you untill you can say?" She was hopeing for the answer to be yes but judgeing by the boy's lack of emotions towards her so far, she expected the answer to be either no or perhaps.
