Adeloise laughed, but unlike her usual giggles, it almost sounded too proud. "Well, if it wasn't for the family thing, I'm pretty sure I'd be in one of those. Money isn't too much of an issue for us. Right, Hal?" Adeloise waited for her uncle's answer but later turned back to Henry. In her point of view, it had never been an issue. She didn't grow up worring about spendings and all that--surely, they could afford an all-girl's boarding school for her. If she didn't know, they were just probably being modest with sending her brother to Eton!.
The petite girl stepped forward, walking past the other three and past the entrance of the space station, revealing the city glowing in the sun. Adeloise missed getting to stroll in the city! It was so lively and everything seemed to glow (aside from the things that actually glowed for real). Her voice seemed soft as she turned around to face the boys. "But I guess that doesn't really matter; even if Starlight isn't all that posh and fancy, I don't think there's any other school around that has magic classes. And the island is really grand in itself."

When Adeloise turned to Hal with a question, all he responded to her was just a shrug of his shoulders. He was pretty sure they could afford getting into expensive schools but it never really crossed his mind that much. All he really wanted was to graduate and take over the family business back then but moving to Starlight reminded him he should grow up first. In any case, he was thankful for being in Manta Carlos, grand or not.
The next question then came from the younger boy Henry. He shouldn't have been surprised -- it was such a common question, especially among newer students of the island, but the way his eyebrows rose seemed to show that he was. "I'm psychic like Adeloise, but a different sort. I see spirits like her, but not as well. I mainly do astral projection but other than that," Hal paused, raising his a hand just a bit in front of him. For a moment he closed his eyes, focusing the energies in his body to his hand until a spark appeared and produced little sparks of electricity. He held it for a moment that way.
"I've got electrokinesis I think." As soon as he said that, the spark of light suddenly burst out of his palms, straight into the concrete before them. He looked alarmed for a second until the smoke cleared out, showing a spot that was scorched as if lightning had struck the pavement. He needed more practice with that. "Yeah, that's why.
"What about you though, Adeloise never told me anything."
