Shadow took a few moments to realize just what was happening, but when he did he grinned and gave chase. He moved at an easy lope and decided to give a friendly taunt. "Here kitty-kitty, I wanna pet the kitty-kat." As he said this he made a petting motion with his paw, and grinned a bit wider. Some may have taken that the wrong way, but in truth he was saying it in a playful manner, one like a puppy would. Of course he was nowhere near his puppyhood, no he was older than that, but eh, lets not get into that. Amy laughed at his taunt, and pet his rough fur.

She listened to the taunt and laughed, not taking bait. Stopping she sat and watched him for a moment before leaping up, landing almost i front of Amy. "And Kitty-Kat wants a ride." She said, sitting again.
Amy was startled when the feline leapt onto Shadow's back, but oh well, she would survive. Shadow on the other hand grinned a devious grin. "Oh, the kitty-kat wants a ride eh? What does the pup get in return?" He was joking when he said this, he in truth expected nothing in return, but couldn't help himself. He took off at an easy lope, moving fairly slowly so as not to make the feline extend her claws into his back or shoulders.
"Kitty-kat lets the pup pet her." She anwsered and relaxed, easily not falling Eyes looked at Amy and a small piece of fire formed, circling her playfully.
Shadow grinned, so the feline would let him pet her. "Oh, so the pup gets to pet the kitty-kat now does he?" He moved a bit faster, his tail swishing rapidly behind for he was happy, and sheesh, who wouldn't be when you had two girls sitting comfortably on your back, it was the middle of the night in a dark creepy dead forest, and they could trust you completely because you would never do anything to hurt them? His tongue lolled out, and his eyes danced with happiness, a small guff laugh freed itself from his throat, this was the most fun night he'd had in ages!
Amy looked at the feline, and smiled. "Hello" She said in a happy tone, then seeing the fire dance playfully around the girl she smiled even wider, creating a ball of fire in her hand and letting it float a few inches above her palm.

"Maybe.." SHe anwsered and laughed. THe forest was not something she had ever started to be scared of. What fire couldnt take care of..well she had wings and claws. She yawned and looked at the two small balls of fire and laughed again.
"Your stallion from earlier was interesting." She told her.

Amy grinned, "You really think so? That is kind of my finding technique, as it takes on the properties of an enraged stallion, but does little damage most of the time." Amy looked perhaps overly happy, not only was she with someone late at night, but they had complimented one of her abilities. "So you're power is fire also right?"
THe large cat nodded and grinned. " I was born knowing fire. Scared my parents alot, always thinking Id end up burning myself." She anwsered. Tail curled around her back paws.
Amy grinned. "My dad always thought I was gonna burn the house down... I never did though! I mean, yeah there was that one time I caught something in the microwave on fire, but I was like seven!" She laughed, and shook her head at the memory. Shadow stopped to listen for a moment, then chuckled and went on.
Listening to the part about the microwave she laughed. "I've yet to do something like that. They were more worried about my brother than me sometimes." She anwsered, voice taking a slight hint of a sad tone.
