The Straga Strategem

"Really?" Bel said as she took a seat on a rock nearby. "What's your relative's name? Maybe I know him?" she suggested thinking that it was quite possible since if he was her age he might even be in the same dorm as her.

"Wow, yes, I have heard about that tournament," Bel admitted a bit surprised at this, "I mean, who hasn't? Even the teachers have taken part along with the student council and even prominent figures in the community," she stated as she looked at Cori with great interest now. "Is your sister a student by chance?" she asked the girl as she crossed her ankles in front of her comfortably.

"Destra that name rings a bell," Bel said as she tried to visualize the description and found that it fit a classmate she had seen. She had never actually talked to Destra, but he wasn't one to keep a low profile either.

When the girl, Tori, said that Straga had traumatized her with their last challenge, Bel cocked an eyebrow at him questioningly and slightly amused by this, curious about Tori's affirmation now."Are you the traumatising type then?" Bel asked with a grin.

"Oh my..." Bel said as she looked from Straga to Tori in surprise. She had not expected them to say or tell her that. "And what happened? Is Destra alright?" she asked them both, now curious to know all that happened between Straga and Destra.

"Do you have a lot of contenders then?" Bel asked with clear interest as she looked from Tori to Straga when she found out that, surprisingly, Destra had won the challenge and was now the head of his clan now.

"And just how is Destra taking the win?" Bel asked Straga.

Bel was quite surprised and somewhat impressed to hear about the idea that Destra had a power dedicated to establishing dominance over others.

"What exactly do you mean by that, Tori?" Bel asked her with a curious look. "And what does his ability actually do? How does it even work? Is it an aura?" Bel asked extremely curious about an ability that allowed one to dominate another person.
