If you would like to be part of the Rosales Gang's plotting, whether as an ally, member, employee, or rival check out this advertisement or PM me directly. Please do not post here.
Over thirteen years old and originally founded by Klaus Rosales and co-owned by Vito Rosales, The Rosales Gang is centered in Manta Carlos. The gang has contacts outside Manta Carlos, primarily in Spain, Rome, and Italy. It's a well-known fact that the Rosales gang is connected to several high-profile celebrities in Spain.
The leadership has officially been passed onto the Rosales children, while no formal heir has been named, they all work with one and other, and their alliance with the Defans in a council system.
The gang (also referred to as a 'mob' despite not fitting the profile) owns several businesses (both legit and not), and they operate out of a warehouse on the pier fronted by its connection to a furniture store by the name of Unity. Which serves as one of their major meeting locations as well as a smuggling ring and a facility of torture when absolutely necessary.
Generally speaking, the Rosales gang income is primarily based in shady clubs, extortion, and gambling (including online sports gambling). Their mob status is generated by their willingness to sell favors for money (and rarely when they're feeling generous).
While they dabble in the drug business with infrequent shipments of heroin, this is not their area of expertise, as a method of keeping the peace between them and the Defans. Recently, they've begun getting into the business of false identities.
Most of their illicit money is laundered using dry cleaners, nightclubs, and bars under their protection. Most notably is an antique shop named Sunny's Antiques.

Beyond common sense rules such as don't harm your brothers and sisters and listen to your bosses, there are other doctrines that are made known to members of the Rosales gang.
- Do not harm children under the age of puberty (and only harm children fifteen to twelve within good reason) or pregnant women. If in a situation where one is out to harm you, you may incapacitate but not kill unless given absolutely no other choice.
- Discrimination and sexual assault are heavily frowned upon and both are grounds for punishment.
- Be professional even in the face of adversity. Try to be friendly or at the very least polite to subvert suspicion. Even to our enemies. This does not mean you must be a push over.
- Be true to your brothers and sisters. Loyalty to the Rosales comes first and foremost. We're a family, but also a business. Rats will be taken care of swiftly and without mercy.
- Be true and attentive to the treaties and alliances of the Rosales. Keep on good terms with those aligned with us, don't step on toes, and be willing to give a helping hand within reason.
- Do not go over the head of your superiors without cause. It is best to work with your supervisor rather than trying to talk to the main boss unless you have a direct problem with your superior.

A new addition to the gang. The council is to ensure the best is upheld for the gang and ensures even the main boss doesn't hold all the power. Generally speaking, the council votes on most major situations.
The boss can try to make an executive decision but can be overruled if four of the seven members of the council vote against their decision.
