That, was a good topic. Ren mentally patted himself on the back. He liked making people talk. "Yeah. That'd be fun. As long as you promise not to kill me, since I'm almost positive that you've had more practice than me.." he dipped his head slightly, glad to see her take the food.

He unwrapped the granola bar, and paused for a moment, Looking her over curiously. "You're welcome." He had a feeling that there was a lot of deep stuff inside that girl. He then chewed into the granola bar, tempted to stuff the whole thing in his mouth at a time, but deciding that that would probably make her uncomfortable, settled for eating regularily.

"Where did you leave to come here?" he asked her, raising an eyebrow in question. He'd waited until she was done eating to ask her, since that was the only polite thing to do. His head was starting to feel the fuzziness of not enough sleep, so he was forcing it to focus on conversation to keep him awake.

She smiled lightly, taking his comment with a mere friendly smile. "We'll see." She wasn't a person to brag but since her goal was world's strongest swordsman it included a lot of fighting and experience.

She took a bite of the bar after unwrapping it, she was used to eating a lot of varities of food on the road. She didn't have a home after the age of 5 she lived off the street and often was found in pubs talking to pirates seeing how no one else would talk to her since she lived off the street. She was a outcast for years except for in fighting, that was the one time she felt comfort and the one subject pirates excelled at.

She had no hard feelings towards her town, and the question startled her at first. She had finished her bar shortly after him, she looked at him and answered at first slowly. "I left a small village on the island of Edda, it's known for fighting, also many pirates used to get supplies there. Sadly the world government is driving out the wrong people, I'm not too keen on their doings." Being taken in by kind pirates had helped her, she sadly had that ended after the world government gave "justice" to the pirates that took her in.

Ren dipped his head. "I see. I came from a fairly large town, my parents were both full time workers.. I worked, and mostly lived, on a ranch outside of town since I was old enough to sit up on a horse." he shrugged. Compared to most people around here, he'd lead a pretty boring, and normal life.

"I'm sorry that the world government has done that..." he stopped, thinking to himself that he didn't particularily like their ways of doing things in any aspect, but he wasn't going to say it.

An absent minded hand came to the goggles around his neck, and he tugged on them for a minute as his mind raced. His first human contact for a very long time, and he was already running low on conversation tools. He definately didn't want her to go. He was sick of not having people to talk to. His fingers itched for his guitar, or just something to do. He wasn't one to stay still, and he was slowly moving side to side, changing weight from foot to foot in an attempt to stay focused.

Fia had the same feeling, except her hand moved to where she normally had her swords at her hip. She was used to fiddling with the handles, she hated the odd feeling when they weren't there. She got up and leaned against the edge of the roof, she started to get antsy, she wanted her swords so much. She practically slept with her swords at her side, she wanted to go get them but didn't want to stop the conversation.

She looked at him, "Want to go on a walk?" She asked him, hoping that if she moved around she could get her mind off the separation of her and her swords.

Ren, being his usual observant self noticed that Fia seemed to be missing something, but for the time being, he said nothing of it. And instead dipped his head in agreement. "Sure. Where to?" he was glad to have something to do, so he waited for her reply.

Deciding that he was curious what she was missing, and if he could bring them, he glanced at her carefully. "You seem to be missing something, if you can explain it good, I could probably get them for you.." he paused, cocking his head to the side, looking much like a curious puppy.

"Um... anywhere." She said her fingers fiddling by her side. She wondered if the blades needed sharpening, she was so used to fiddling with the blades she felt absolutely bare without them.

When she heard his question she first hestiated then sighed. "I usually bring my two long katanas in two leather sayas. The blades are 2 and a half inches wide by 23 inches long, they have a special blood groove which is about 30 centimeters and has a black hilt. The sayas have a leather belt for each katana and one has a dragon engraved into it and the other a snake." She said to him knowing every detail off the bat, she loved her sayas the most though. Her katanas were standard size and nothing special, she tended to have a addiction to blade shopping though.

"Ok." he said simply, forming a picture in his head. They were beautiful swords, if he'd gotten the image right, and after a few seconds of concentration, up popped the swords, laying gently on the ground, since they'd appeared touching the ground. He had complete control of where things appeared, and simply chose to do slapstick routines most of the time. But he figured that things as precious as those swords weren't something to be toyed with.

"I'm hoping those are yours... Otherwise, you just accumulated two new swords." he grinned at her, pretty sure they were hers, or at least, really really hoping that they were.

"Yep, sadly they didn't get repaired on the way here though." She chuckled, "I tend to fight too much for they're own good." She picked up the katanas and sayas and buckled the leather belt of the saya around her waist holding her katanas on her hip. She smiled, "Thanks." She breathed in feeling much more comfortable now, she smiled lightly.

The weight of the katanas were normal for her, she loved to have the katanas at her side. She never felt comfortable without them, she looked at the boy now. "So shall we take a walk and talk?"

Ren grinned and dipped his head. "No problem." He himself knew what it felt like to be missing something. However, his powere made it so that he never had to miss it for long. He absently tugged on his goggles again as he watched her finish putting on her Katanas.

"So shall we take a walk and talk?"

He smiled a small half smile, before bowing, and moving his hand out before him. "After you." he said, glancing up at her from his bowed position.

He straightened after that, waiting for her to choose a direction. While he could have teleported them wherever she wanted to go on the grounds, he figured she really did want to walk.

"Sure," She said then seeing his bow, she felt odd suddenly. She had never been treated like a lady, this made her feel awkward. She walked towards the stairs which would lead to outside, it was odd for her to have someone treat her as a lady. She continued to walk at a not too fast but not awkwardly slow pace. She came to the end of the stairs soon she hadn't a word to truly say considering the odd actions of Ren.

She waited for him to reach the end of the stairs before approching the door. She was used to opening the doors by herself and not having them opened to her. She put her hand on the door about to open it.
