The video feed to the camera opens up just as Broen and Altizica enter the arena. Rory points it at Travis who is sitting beside her.

"Are you ready for two-bit Linkin park to get his ass kicked vol. 2?" She asked Travis

"Oh. He's trying harder this time," Rory said as Altizica's neck split open to reveal a mouth. "And Broen is already up to something crafty. How long you think he's going to drag this out and give-"

And then Broen spilled a torrent of fire on Altizica. "Never mind. If we can trust Broen to do one thing, it's be an asshole and entertain."

"Linkin Park remembered," Rory countered as Altizica buffed himself to impale Broen. Broen let him... only to punch him with spiky hands. As Altizica shrieked the camera wavered and Rory cursed under her breathe.

And while it couldn't be seen on camera, Rory flinched when Altizica hit Broen over and over again in the same place.

"Why doesn't he ever scream at us like that? You think we didn't hit him enough?"

When Broen turned into a Dragon the camera panned upward to show just how large he'd become. "Go Dungeons and Dragons on him! Go Shrek! Doooo it." She shook her head at Kaiju. "He's not going to fucking eat that. Even Broen doesn't eat garbage."

"Pu-lease. Broen has Gordons, not Jordons. And Kaiju you are never going to reach Dragon level, the best you can hope for is Godzilla and do what Broen do by flyin' into the sky with beam-breath."

And when Kaiju YEETed, Rory was right there in the chorus with him, the camera swooping to follow Altizica. "But he tried so hard."

Broen was spewing mixtures of fire and ice to stall, for sure, but Altizica was disappearing and reappearing closer and closer.

"Now he's ripping off Claymore?

"Kaiju wanna make a bet on how long it takes Linkin Park to start twirling his handlebar mustache and tying people to train tracks?"

"I'm going to say seven minutes." And silence. A quick adjustment to the screen when Rory turned to lean back against Kaiju's arm and prop her feet up on the bench.

"It's not just me that thinks he's a fucking retard for standing there like a twit in battle, right?" She asked Kaiju once Altizica stopped moving and stared at Broen.

And then Broen sat and there was that terrible uneasy feeling of 'damn!' He grew and grew, blocking out light with his Dragonic wings.

The camera pulled back and switched to a night filter, trying to get all this glory on tape, but even then Broen's form was too big to really be captured the way it should have been.

Ice rained down and dug into Altizica body. But still, he didn't move.

"Oh, fuck. That's lit as shit," Rory said, sounding genuinely awed. There was another stretch of silence. "I think that was six minutes. Who wins? In fact, six minutes, thirty seconds."
