The New Girl

...And now the tour continues. The day was continued and was going pretty good for Damian since his arrival earlier at the crack of dawn. Now he was finding himself wandering as he followed directions towards the music room, he raised his head from the map provided by him by an educator earlier to find himself at the entrance of the school, near the admissions office but this was fine since the map called for him to pull a three sixty but he was kind of out of it and wanted a break from walking, even if it was just for a little bit.

There were more students wandering around then when he first arrived so it might be fruitful for him to start the old social standard high - school bologna, despite having his doubt it will end well, his family and just about everyone who ever wanted to help Damian in the past said to breakthrough fear and doubt, the thought made him chuckle under his breath, as if he was still having a hard time believing he could pull it off. It wasn't long before he spotted a girl, one who looked for a second before walking onward with confidence the next second. Now that is what Damian liked to call keeping your head up high.

Seeing this as a chance to speak, he quickly approached her from behind but not too quickly so he doesn't startle her from his height. "You looked a little flustered before, you wouldn't by any chance be a new student?" Damian asked casually, swallowing his fear in his usual soft spoken tone of voice after walking beside her. Holding up his hands as if he was surrendered, he smiled softly and said. "Sorry if I startled you." Feeling the aching sensation tighten his chest, as he hoped he did not badly scare the younger girl in front of him.
