<div align=center>"Fo sho." Jericho confirmed with a nod, already knowing he wanted to see Ettein again. The whole first encounter with him seemed to be surreal. One minute he was singing alone in the courtyard, the next he made what he personally saw as his first friend. And to think that if he never decided to sneak out to the courtyard to sing none of this would have ever happened. Truly, he felt as if some sort of fate was involved, and for that he was grateful that at least something out there was watching for him.

Raiden? The name stood out to him as he snapped out of his pondering of just how weird life worked out. Who was this Raiden guy? Was he his guardian of sorts? He had mentioned somewhat that he wasn't raised by his birth parents, as confined to SA all of his life. But ultimately he shrugged this off, figuring he would give an explanation of sorts. "Hopefully there might be. You never know who will stumble into here." Ain't that the truth? Though he had put off the confusion of earlier it returned in stronger force at the mention of a journal. What journal? Was he like apart of an interview crew or something? Jericho slightly tilted his head to show his confusion, trying to piece everything together. Well, whatever it was Jericho would still try to help him to the best of his ability. But it appeared that Ettein was a bit to hesitant to ask, even though Jericho had been asked much worse in the past. Poor guy...

But the big 'oooooooh' moment came when he clarified just who this Raiden guy was and the journal he had's importance. "Ah, gotcha." Jericho mumbled as Ettein continued to explain not wanting to chime in quite yet. Actually, the idea of the journal was a good one. Taking notes of fellow classmates to not only learn about the species but how to better know the individual was a great decision and it was something Jericho was interested in. Unfortunately, it seemed as though Ettein didn't think the same way.

"Hey Ettein, relax... It's okay." Jericho, in a rare twist of events, spoke purposely soft and reassuring as to calm him down from worrying himself too much. He smiled comfortingly. "I'd like to help you out on filling out your journal. Don't worry about memorizing it all now, if you want I can re-tell you later I-" His words were cut off when Ettein offered to depart. Instantly, that usual face of self assurance snapped into something more pleading and ginger, accompanied by his hand that outstretched just a bit to stop him. "Don't leave." He begged discreetly, hoping that he really wouldn't. Following this his maturity returned and he effortlessly transitioned back into a more adult mindset. "I'm cool with any sort of questions, really. If you want to write stuff down about me by all means do. I won't stop you."

As to keep Ettein from running away, Jericho accepted his other offer with gratitude and eager demeanor. "If you wouldn't mind I'd really appreciate it. I was assigned a new dorm today and honestly I'm not sure where the hell it is." He had received a temporary location where he just could rest his head and that was it. Now he had his own room, well with whoever he was assigned to as a dorm mate. But still, he was more than willing to take up the new room, and finally get a chance to settle down here. "Well uh... In that case it looks like we'll have to get down eventually..." He remarked with a snicker, wondering whether or not he should fly again. Well, for him, it wasn't an option. But it looked like Ettein could probably get to the ground quicker than him due to his snake-like abilities. Whenever they would leave however he decided was up to Ettein.

"Oh, and not sure if this was what you were asking earlier, but uh... My wingspan is roughly a bit more than twice my size. So... I'm gonna go with fourteen or thirteen feet, give or take." He smiled almost teasingly once more. "The more you know."</div>

Ettein almost immediately relaxed with relief when Jericho told him not to leave. He almost though for sure that he would have probably freaked him out and he was starting to realize that it was going to take a lot more than that to drive this guy away. He wasn't really sure if Jericho needed showing around at all but he did say he was new and meant to ask him if he needed help around earlier but it looks like he did. He even wanted to help with his journal and that easily put a smile on his face.

“You would?” His smile widened. “I’d really like that.” He’d never had anyone to offer him help with his journal nor was anyone other than Raiden interested in it so it was refreshing. “Enough about that though, we can focus on that later.” He paused for a moment. “What’s your room number?” He asked, his smile becoming more mischievous as he spoke and suddenly he had swapped his tail for legs once much and just as easily as he had before.

“Oh and it looks like we’re flying again, getting down’s going to be much more difficult without a tail.” He swung his legs playfully, glancing down toward the ground before looking back up at Jericho. “Think of it as….a thank you for showing you around.” He laughed light heartedly, now in a better mood and not flustered as he was before.

sorry it’s kinda crappy; was half asleep when writing it but I wanted to get something in before I went to bed :P

<div align=center>Jericho beamed a bit when Ettein seemed pleased that he was going to help him. It would be a fun little project no doubt, and for once in his life he didn't have to be ashamed to be an inhuman creature. Besides, he liked helping people, so getting to share his species' facts and assisting another was a two-for-one with him.

"My room number..." He began while searching through his pants pockets, pulling out a sheet of paper. "Oh! It's uh room 205.". At least he had someone to show him there. The staff said they'd move his stuff to outside the door by the end of the day, which as good. He was too lazy at the time to do any of that. "You know where that is?" Jericho asked with a hopeful look as he didn't want to be caught wandering around in the middle of the night lost.

When Ettein shifted back his legs, Jericho stood up and folded his arms, the expression on his face playfully questioning. "Oh, is that right?" He asked with a small grin while grabbing his things and unfurling his dark pewter wings. "Well, I suppose I just have to in that case..." He chuckled this off and held out another hand for him, as to ready him to be carried again. "And this time I'm not gonna go so easy on you."
Sorry for making this short, you can do so back since I didn't want him to be carried quite yet XD also, I just made up a room number lol

At hearing the room number, Ettein couldn't help but be a bit shocked. He was notified he would be getting a roommate which for him wasn't very good news at the time since he had somehow managed to stay without one for as long as he had and he enjoyed his space alone. Though, it didn't seem like such a bad thing now and he couldn't help but burst into a fit of laughter because off it. He had been dreading to go back to his dorm tonight to find a possibly hostile stranger trifling through his stuff but now he didn't think he would mind having a roommate so much. After all, he was somehow lucky enough to run into and get to know him a bit beforehand and he had already deemed he liked this guy.

"'Course I know where it is." He took the offered hand. "It is my room after all." He ended with a wide smile, now even more eager to show him around considering they didn't actually have to part ways right after.

oh it's Np. I'm typing from my phone atm so sorry for any awkward auto corrects lol

<div align=center>"You serious?!" Jericho exclaimed in elated disbelief, laughing a bit. He hadn't seen more of a coincidence in his life. Seriously, what were the odds of meeting a complete stranger that just so happened to be a cool guy and just so happened to be his future roommate? Today really was his day, huh? At least he didn't have to go through the trouble of forcing to get along with a roommate if he didn't like them, but he and the naga were already good terms. What a relief. "Well this day just keeps getting better and better." He affirmed, tightening his grip onto Ettein. That warm feeling returned, though to prevent his own self from potentially blushing he tried his best to brush it off. But quite frankly, it was getting harder to do so...

"You know the drill. Hang on tight, and don't blink..." He grinned. "...Cuz this time, you just may miss it." In response to the challenge from before, Jericho decided to step it up just a bit. Nothing terrible, especially now that if he scared him off he'd have to live with him still. But descending was faster and less time consuming then ascending. In another bridal-style carry as Jericho's back held the rest of his luggage, Ettein was swooped up gently once more and held even tighter to his chest. With a heavy unfurl of his wings that shook the boughs around them Jericho took to the skies yet again, this time taking a split second to do so.

He raised a few yards from the top of the tree as to give him enough space to make a proper and safe dive. When he had reached his target height, he immediately halfway folded in his wings and took to the ground, beginning to accelerate at a high speed then before. His warning from earlier almost seemed true- it took only a handful of seconds to get back to the ground, and, as he looked as if he was going to crash land, he opened up his wings like a parachute to slow him down and give a flawless landing. Sure, he uprooted some grass, but whatever.

Carefully he set Ettein back down right in front of the school's entrance. "You alright there?" He asked, knowing he stuck the landing properly but wanting to make sure he hadn't hurt or scared him. As he allowed Ettein to lead the way, quickly he reached into his book bag where his clothes were. He didn't want to walk into the school building all shirtless and improper, now did he? Fortunately after many years of concealing his wings to put on clothes he was an expert by now, taking only a few seconds to fasten the restraints on them to put on his shirt and jacket again. With that he trotted to catch up with him, a small smile on his face. "Leggo."</div>
