Anna did a few loops and a couple more rolls before she returned to the ground. She was getting better at landing, though she did stumble a bit as her feet finally touched down, and used her wings to keep herself from falling onto her face. That would have been super embarrassing, but fortunately, the Gods of Coordination were on her side today.
She was a little breathless from her flight, but it had caused her adrenaline to surge, coursing energy through her small body. Anna forced herself to slow her breathing so she didn't seem quite as winded. "That's about all I've got so far," she told June, her wings folding up neatly behind her back.
It was still...difficult to look directly at him without her face flushing, though it was already flushed from her flight, so she hoped that would hide it well enough. He was just so...darn handsome, she'd never seen anyone quite like him. Boys didn't usually make her react this way; before June, she'd just never found an interest in them other than as friends. It was new...and strange.
