[color= green] "Yup thats the hard part its difficult to walk on a shot foot or leg." she said with a smile. It was hard to believe that he didnt get scared when she talked about this sort of thing. Most the time people were running away scared by now but then again she already told him she was out of ammo...that helped the situation[/color]

he laughed, "I guess it would kinda be hard when your legs is shattered to peices." he said as he looked at the gun again, "I've only shot a gun a few times in my life before, my grandfather took me to a range one time to shoot a shotgun." he said as he pulled a pack of gum fro his pocket and took out a peice, "Want one?" he asked holding out the pack.

Ian put the gum back into his pocket. "So what do you even use the gun for?" he asked, "I know its meant for shooting people, but I mean like, no one around here seems like they need to be shot."

Shirese sat in thought for a moment
"Well I never really thought about it like that..." she said quietly
"I've just always had it so I just seem to find reasons to use it...wether it be for protection or amusement...I guess the reason I have it is because I'm crazy." she said.

"Crazy?" he asked as he raised an eyebrow, "I don't think your crazy." Ian shrugged, "I just use my fists for protection....."

"Your the first person thats ever said that.." she said quietly.

Ian smiled, "Well, why should I think you are crazy?" he said, "I think the gun is cool, if thats what your refering to." he looked down, "Also, I can't really say your crazy for fighting with people, because that is the reason Im at Starlight." he said as he looked down into the bottom of the cliff.

Shirese looked at the bottom of the cayon as well a thoughtful expression on her face. "Yeah I guess your right but most people do not view the world the same as yourself or me." she said becoming captivated with the floor of the canyon for some reason.
