"Oh my..." Fe said, visibly impressed as she stood there for a moment with her hands on her hips as she watched in awed amusement as Jericho made a cloud which they could ride appear from nowhere.

Letting Jericho help her onto the cloud, which wasn't as easy to get one as one might think, Fe sat back on her knees as they toured the bar. She had to admit that as strange as this was, Jericho had a sort of flourish and style about things.

"It's more than enough, yes," Fe told Jericho as she glanced around the area, turning a little to look behind her too. "I don't always need a stage, I mean it does help with line of sight and those wanting to watch me sing," she said being quite open about that. She knew there were men and women that came to ogle her more than listen to her sing.

"Wow.." Fe said as she eyed Jericho after he suggested spotlights, "You may not have had singers, but you do know what we need," she told him, amazed that all his suggestions had been more or less spot on.

"Well if things go well I suppose a stage can be added in the near future." He chuckled.

"It's because I know how to run a business my dear. If I'm going to hire a singer it is wise to make a good investment in them is it not?"

Moving along, the cloud floated them around the bar and to the back where a receptionist desk was. The desk sat beside a stairway that lead down and was blocked off by a thick vine coated in leaves and flowers which was basically the bar's version of a red rope.

Jericho nodded to the current working receptionist who then quickly removed the vine so that the tour can be continued.
When they were finally down the stairway, Fe would be greated with a wide room that was like a majestic forest in itself. "This is the smoke lounge area of the floor. I am not sure if you are comfortable with smoke but it is filtered out every now and then." Jericho took much pride on this floor since a lot of magic and money went into it. If he was an artist this would be his masterpiece.
"The ceiling reflects the sky, there is always a constant fresh breeze, the air is filtered and clean, and the every blade of grass, flower, bush, and tree is kept alive and healthy by magic."

They kept moving forward and hit the center of the room stopping in front of the giant tree that brought everything together. "We could also use this space for concerts once you get popular enough don't you think?"

And as Fe was being whisked around the building, she lightly twirled her long hair around one of her fingers. Each room was definitely more awe-inspiring than the next, she had to admit as she glanced at Jericho who was sitting next to her, and couldn’t help think that, yes, the old (young-looking?) fox certainly did know how to run a bar, and was a far better businessman that she might have taken him for when they first met.

“Smoke doesn’t bother me,” she murmured off-handedly as she took in her new surroundings with wide-eyed astonishment. Fe hated to admit this, but a huge part of her loved this forest theme. It was a primal thing, that much she knew, moreover she now could also see herself singing here by the tree or even perched in one of the branches like the songbird she was.

“Oh, I definitely agree,” Fe said as she changed sitting position on the cloud “I could even be up there on one of the branches if you wanted me too,” she said as she pointed to an area somewhere in the middle of the leaved part.

“How are the acoustics the room? And in the bar in general?” she asked wondering. It was not a deal breaker for her, she’had sung in many places that were not as nice as this one and had poor acoustics, lighting, everything..

"Well I'm glad you asked because I have no clue!" Jericho started laughing. He never tested the acoustics here nor has anyone who wasn't high. Jericho wasn't really even fully sure on what she meant by that but he sorta had an idea which gave him another splendid idea.

"But really, I want to hear you sing. It would be strange to hire a singer without hearing them sing first." Jericho gestured to the tree. "I would like for you to give me a show. Impress me. Make me want to hire you." There were a few costumers about who were just walking around, chatting it up and getting high as a kite with each other. Jericho was sure they wouldn't mind a free show.

"If you can impress me and impress everyone enough to gather a crowd then the job is yours."

"Of course, I was wondering when you'd ask me to sing," here she smiled amused that he hadn't asked earlier," and while I'm at it we can test those acoustics for you," Fe said with a wink as she hopped off the cloud. She could easily do what Jericho wanted. It was the one thing she could do, maybe the one thing she was born to do.

Walking up to the tree in the middle of the room, Fe thought of a song or two that she could sing without music and decided on one she had just written and the music was still just an afterthought. Humming a few bars, Fe nodded satisfied that she had the right tone, notes. Then looking around the bar once, she smiled again at Jericho and started singing basically to him, a song that started low, and slowly began to grow, it's melody building at one point, and echoing through the room nicely as it put the acoustics to the test in the room.

Jericho smiled as Fe began to sing. He had assumed she was a good singer since she herself said she was a siren so he wasn't really surprised beyond that. What he really was paying attention to was how everyone else responded to Fe's singing. It didn't matter if he liked her singing or not if the customers didn't like it. It did seem she was drawing in a few people to the tree once the song picked up.

Before he even realized, he was pretty sure everyone or mostly everyone in the lounge was probably standing around listening. So yes, Fe was good for business. Jericho just smiled the whole time as he waited for the song to finish.
When she was done he simply applauded along with everyone else. Jericho hopped off his cloud and made way to Fe, his tail swishing behind him. "You done well Ms. Glaux. Simply splendid!" He snickered as he stood beside her.

"Some of them may be high out of their mind but it seems that they did enjoy your singing. Now how was the acoustics?"

Seeing people gather around as she sang, made Fe more emotive if that were possible, singing then to the crowd as she reached out to them as she sang, using her body as well as voice to communicate what she was feeling.

When the song ended, Fe gave the group a tiny bow, thanked them, and then grinned at Jericho when he hopped off his cloud, glad that he seemed to have liked her singing demonstration. She knew she was pretty good at acapella, however, she prefered singing to music.

"The acoustics are beautiful if you want the truth," she said happily while glancing around the space. It had been like she was singing in a small valley or ravine and the sound echoed back off towards her amplifying everything beautifully. "It's like singing outside in an amphitheater, the sound carries and is amplified in such an even and nice way." she admitted.

Jericho nodded to Fe. So this was probably a really great spot for her to sing at then. "Well that's a lovely to hear almost as lovely as your voice." Jericho made a mock bow to Fe. The crowd by now had mostly dispered to get back to whatever they were doing. There were a few who did stick around but they were all staff.

He held out his hand towards Fe. "Well Ms. Glaux if you are so happy to join The Fox Hole family, we are eager to welcome you with open arms!"

Fe was surprised, but not, when Jericho offered her a job. She was not too surprised at the offer, what she was surprised was that it was made on the spot. A lot of people she had worked for in the past had done the "we'll call you" type thing. The fact Jericho hadn't, made her respect him for not pulling that powerplay move on her.

"I'd love to join your little family," Fe said earnestly as she took his hand, "Is there anything else I should know? And more importantly, when would you like me to start?" she asked him.

Once the hand shaking was done, Jericho hopped back onto his nimbus cloud, grinning as wide as fox could ever grin. "I'm sure one of the workers will fill you in with all the rules. We have these cute little pamphlets with tiny chibi foxes on them." Jericho giggled but then immediatley cleared his throat.

"We can discuss pay and other things later when I get the paperwork and stuff started Tonight we shall celebrate! Or..." Jericho hmmed to himself as he relaxed on the nimbus cloud.
"You can start tonight. We can skip the little welcome party if you want."

He did a off handed gesture to one of the waiters who was already bringing drinks and things over to them. "Whatever you want really. This is a 24hr establishment."
