Mikhainon liked that question. What do you want. It often gave him a glimpse of what the person was really like, and some ideas on how to woo them. Rhys lived in the night life, so it was no wonder he fell into his clutches immediately. He settled next to him, a hand caressing Rhys's thigh.

"More sex, the opera, and a martini are totally doable, though not right now." Mikhainon tapped his lip. "I'd help you off the balcony, but you're so much prettier in one piece."

Now, for the more... interesting parts of the discussion. Mikhainon usually didn't like answering questions, but Rhys had a nice ass and he was feeling generous right then. "Alright, I suppose I could divulge some information, if you're really curious." He pulled out a bronze copy of his seal from his jacket, showing it to Rhys. "I wasn't always labeled a demon. I existed even before concepts existed. Some cultures called me a monster, others a god. You don't need religion to understand what I am. I've always been.

"Nonsense aside, I suppose you can say that I am very old and very bored. There's a quality in humans that attracts my kind. We're everlasting, but stale. Humans... come and go like the flicker of a candle, but they change things. In the few thousand years you've existed, you've influenced the planet much more than we could ever have. I suppose it wouldn't be too far off to say that we're enamored."

With that, he grinned at Rhys. "I don't think I could ever conceive how your kind processes things either, but needless to say, I'm very interested. Humans look to higher powers for guidance, and in turn, we look to them for expansion and excitement. You needn't put yourself down, darling. You see me as something so much bigger than you, but I see you as a prize."
