Naoto caught the bag with a smile. With a snicker, Umeko gave an answer "No!". She crossed her arms and turned away. But not wanting to leave a bitter taste, or the possiblity of using him, Umeko added "But we could use a guide..."
Umeko, wanting to keep moving, explained. "We're new here, and so hardly know a thing about this island...with the exception of Starlight Academy...and the nearby city" she said facing him. "So we'll need someone to lead us around this place for while..."

Umeko buckled from the boy's simple reactions and solutions, but tried to brandish a smile. Naoto looked at the map, gathered his surroundings, and noted the direction they were headed. "Thanks..." He said, disregarding the trouble the boy had caused them earlier. Umeko turned to Naoto, "Now what?" she questioned.

They turned to him, both of the two habouring sceptical faces. But Naoto shrugged once more, "The City, near Starlight Academy...". Naoto wanted to get there, soon. Umeko nodded, standing beside him. "I'll be looking for available apartments there, incase the dormitories aren't enough..." Naoto added...
"Alright, well I'm on my way to the city anyway, c'mon"

Naoto didn't really feel comfortable travelling with such a person...but he figured doing so might make things seem a little easier. Umeko felt a little bit different, she felt a little more disgusted. She didn't like his attitude, and thought it could use a little adjusting. Having someone like him hit on her wasn't the most thrilling feeling. Oh how she wished Naoto would love her more romatically...
