It had been some time since Sela had come to the school. Slowly, but surely, they were gaining trust with their minder. They were getting better at learning how to socialize and the rules of the island. Because of this, their minder was generous enough to let them visit Dreamer's Haven. That shouldn't have been a problem in the first place, but it was located in the Strip, a place known for adult establishments. The minder figured it would be safer to accompany Sela there than potentially have them fly to and get lost in somewhere bad.

Sela floated into Dreamer's Haven, shoving their body in between the cracks of the door. Time and time again they were taught to open doors before entering a building. That was only a rule for people who couldn't enter through a closed door. It didn't make sense for it to apply to them. Their minder didn't bother bringing up the problem once again.

The building was tall. When Sela focused, they could sense many dreams in this area. Their head turned upwards. If dreams could be modified however the dreamer pleased, the emotions here must be strong. This place was a forbidden buffet. Food that could only be on display and not touched.

When Maya wasn't tending to the dreams of customers herself, she went around to the lobby to observe if the receptionists at the desks were behaving, and if there weren't any newcomers she'd strike up conversations with them. Some ended up doing more than their assigned duties when they would try to woo the succubus. Of course this was part of their contract, if they opted for the option, and it extended towards anyone with the same paragraph, on the condition that they didn't sacrifice work or hassle anyone in the process. As far as she could tell, it worked wonders for employees who had the need for it, and those who simply wanted to provide. Today she wasn't looking for that. Instead, she just wanted to have idle chatter with her staff. She enjoyed engaging with them more than sitting in her office. When two new faces appeared from the door, Maya turned and assumed a welcoming stance along with the receptionists. And with flawless synchronicity, they all greeted their new visitors. "Good morning! Welcome to Dreamer's Haven!" With a pleasant smile, Maya walked up to meet with the two. "I am Maya, the owner of this fine establishment. How may I help you?"

Sela was still getting used to the people of the island, so when several people greeted them enthusiastically, they quickly moved slightly behind their minder. Then a woman approached, asking about how they could be helped.

Their minder wore a blank smile with eyes that had no irises or pupils, leaving black darkness. His body was robed, and his head was half-hooded, but what looked like boneless arms with eyes lining them could be seen from the proper angle. He simply waved at the woman and greeted her with a, "I'm Hazael," before looking at Sela.

Sela replied slowly, trying to remember the proper way to act in this situation. "I'm... Sela. Someone told me about this place. Um, his name was Ater. I can't work here, but I wanted to know what Dreamer's Haven is like. I only want to look around."
