<center><h1>Dragon House</h1><h2>Location/Business</h2></center>
Dragon House is the average looking house in the residential area of Manta Carlos Island. It was build more than a century ago and was meant to house Academy’s teachers staff, older students looking to live away from the campus and any visiting family members of both teachers, staff and students. However the building had never actually been used for this purpose as the warlock Zain Blackwood had infused it with a spell of his own making which made it bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside in order to be able to provide housing for a dragon staying on the Manta Carlos at that time. Once the dragon in question had left after his injuries were healed, Zain, instead of de-spelling the house and returning it to school, used the riches left to him by the dragon Ezekiel to buy the house from the Academy, as well as the few of the surrounding buildings. The Dragon House is thus still under the same spell and features almost 40 rooms big enough for a dragon of any size to live in them comfortably. Zain offered these rooms to any dragon either visiting, working or studying at the Manta Carlos island to use free of charge while the renting apartments in the surrounding buildings to various other parties looking for a place to live. This brings Zain a hefty profit while also allowing him enough time for himself, which he mostly spends in his workshop, experimenting with various spells. The upkeep of both the Dragon House and all of the other buildings is done by Zain alone through spells, and not only that. Zain also keeps improving conditions of both apartments which he rents to humans and those he offers in the Dragon House by constantly comping up with new spells. Some of the improvements Zain has already made is giving the buildings a more modern appearance and doubling the original number of rooms in both the Dragon House and other buildings
