ALMA: Guys, hey. I asked Violet out on a date. We've been hitting things off really well lately and I think I'm kind of smitten with her a bit. The whole thing happened faster than I was expecting and I'm sorry that I didn't talk to you both before asking her. I totally understand if either of you are uncomfortable with that though.

ALMA: the more I think about it, the more freaked out I'm getting. I kissed her guys. I'm sorry for that. I just really wanted to and she was just right there and we were kinda opening up to each other emotionally and I just went with my instincts. I'm sorry. Please don't be mad.

ANGELO: I was working a shift at La Bussola and only saw this now, so I'm sorry for not responding right away. I think it's totally reasonable that you asked her out, and while I do wish there had been a heads up, I'm not mad either that you had a moment together.

CHLOE: sure what's up
ANGELO: I'm struggling a bit on how to phrase this, but I guess I need to just say that if you haven't come out to Alma, you need to do so, or else I'll have to. I don't want to out anyone, but at the same time it's... well, I think that's kind of obvious.
CHLOE: ???
CHLOE: what do I need to come out about and why? What's happening?
ANGELO: I can't tell if you're pretending like you don't know or actually don't know but this is really confusing.
CHLOE: Tell me what you think you know and why you think you know it
CHLOE: We'll get to the bottom of this
ANGELO: Okay so... are you, or are you not, pretending to be another person?
CHLOE: So you think I'm pretending to be another person. I am not. Who do you think I'm pretending to be, and why do you think this?
ANGELO: I mean, I don't advertise it but I have the ability to tell people's real names. So either you're pretending to be someone, or someone's using extremely high tier magic to impersonate you.
CHLOE: oh you met Violet. The veil-as-the-entity created her on accident during the long night. It's complicated, but we're calling each other sisters.
CHLOE: Alma knows the whole story and I don't really want it all in text messages.

CHLOE: Angelo texted me demanding I come out to you because he thought I was pretending to be Violet. I gave him a loose explanation of how we're sisters and not literally the same person.
CHLOE: He still hasn't explained to me why this was important for you to know right now.
ALMA: Right. Yeah. Well, she might tell you later but I asked her out on a date earlier.
CHLOE: Did she say yes?
ALMA: She did! Unless Iggy has reservations - I kinda jumped the gun and asked her before getting the all clear from them...

CHLOE: Hey, a couple things. First, Jude has a magic power that tells him people's real names. He texted me demanding I come out to Alma about how you and I are actually the same person, so I had to tell him what's going on with us.
CHLOE: Also. You're going on a date with Alma?
VIOLET: Thanks for the heads up. And yes, I am.

CHLOE: Alright. So, out of curiosity, what changed your mind about this being ok? asking because I'm pretty sure we decided it wasn't ok for us to date alma.
VIOLET: you decided you shouldn't date Alma because you're in a relationship with Malara and a mom and all that other stuff. I'm not any of those things, and I don't need anyone's prior approval to date another adult.
VIOLET: But before you bring up the age gap, you're right, it's messed up that Alma is dating me since I'm not even a year old. Guess she's canceled now
CHLOE: shut up lmao
VIOLET: kinda pissed off you would come at me about it like that tbh

IGGY: Sorry, I kinda headed into the woods for a while and my phone was dead. I'm not mad or anything. I think maybe we should talk about slightly altering the rules? I don't want you all stressed and freaking out over stuff like this, you know?
ALMA: The rules that I set out when we first all started dating were, honestly, so I wouldn't make snap moment-of-passion decisions and end up hurting anyone I'm in a relationship with. That's still my primary concern, and being honest I'm probably going to panic regardless of if we decide to change the rules or not. If Angelo thinks it's a good idea to talk about that further, I'm for it, but I want to put that out front. You both know that respect for boundaries are kind of important to me, and that goes both ways.
IGGY: Yeah I know that. I was gonna say maybe inform within like ten minutes or something? But I dunno it was just a thought...
ANGELO: I mean, being honest I've had situations before where I was like 'I could absolutely just go for a kiss' and sometimes that moment comes up before you'd had time to sit down and talk it out.
ALMA: Yeah. I get that. That sounds fine by me. Maybe just like. Spur of the moment stuff - not like a full blown hook up or anything, but little stuff. Like that kiss. Ten minutes sounds fine by me.
