Soujiro walked the halls of the third floor hallway and saw an empty classroom. He walked in and sat on the teacher's desk. As he sat there, he remembered the girl on the rooftop. "What was she gonna say?" He said to himself. He grabs into his backpack and pulled out a wrapped banana muffin. He unwrapped it and took a bite of the delicious cupcake that he eats daily.

Bored out of his mind, Shinji decided to go explore more of the school. He hadn't been there that long so he knew that he had quite the amount of places to go and find. Starting off his journey, he would go look at all the empty rooms that seemed to be where no one else goes. Why no ones ever in this part of the building, he may never know. Shinji waled down the longest hallway that he could have ever found in the entire world as he checked out a bunch of empty rooms. There were so many, would he be able to check out all of them?

After about half an hour, Shinji came towards the end of the hall. He was rather delighted that he was almost done with this because there was no excitement around here since no one ever comes over to these rooms. Plus, the floor was pretty dusty and his shoes had collected a fair amount of this dust. Because of this, his shoes had no grip to the ground and he could feel his feet slipping slightly with every step he took. It was pretty annoying in his eyes.

The door to the room that he was going to next was cracked. The brown wood door did seem pretty new so it didn't seem to creek much. Pushing it open fully, Shinji didn't realize that there was another student already in the room sitting atop the teacher's desk. Not only this, he was eating. Maybe he just wanted to eat lunch alone and away from all the people that he had never met before. "Whoops, my bad." Shinji said as he looked at the student. Continuing, Shinji began to speak his reason for being up there. "I didn't know there were people up here. I was just exploring the pieces of the building I never been to before." Even though Shinji felt as i he was intruding, he didn't want to step back out unless the other student had something back. He felt it was rude to do so. Plus, he had already made one enemy, he would rather not make another.

Soujiro was in the middle of eating his muffin when a boy comes in an breaks the silence in the room. He seems to think that Soujiro wants to eat in peace, but to be honest, he wanted to mean some new people. So, when the guy came in, he thought that making him his friend wouldn't be bad. "No need to apologize. Actually, I'm new as well." Soujiro walks over to the guy, eating the rest of his muffin, swallowing it, and throwing the wrapper away, and extended his hand to him. "My name is Kurokawa Soujiro. Nice to meet you."

Upon finishing his apology for the intrusion of the empty room with the other student in, Shinji only stood looking at him as he approached him. The student extended his hand to him as he through away his food wrapper. "At least he doesn't litter and isn't rude either." Shinji said in his own thoughts. Introducing himself as Kurokawa Soujiro, the other student seemed happy to make a new friend. Shinji, who had not yet introduced himself, grabbed Soujiro's hand and began to shake it. Letting go, he introduced himself. "Nice to meet you. My name is Shinji Itami."

Introductions were finally over and Shinji figured that he should probably make conversation. The only thing he could think of was the fact that they both had powers. What else could they possibly talk about on the first meeting? "If you don't mind me asking, what is your abilities?" Shinji didn't know if he was being rude by just asking this right off the bat but he had to start somewhere right?

He introduced himself as Shinji. Sounds like a cool name...but the name resembles a character off of a mecha anime. Anyway, he asks Soujiro about his powers. Of course, Soujiro wasn't big on secrecy and wasn't keen on hiding his powers in any way. "My strong power is electricity. My weak power is Water. Though, if I use them both at the same time, I might electrocute myself, but the way I use it works...somewhat." Soujiro holds out his hand towards a wall socket and pull out some electricity. He then changes it into a ball form in his hand. "See? I can manipulate electricity and use it in any way I want to, like forming this ball of electricity in my hand. He releases it from his hand and it goes back into the socket.

Shinji is amazed to have found someone that he can at least slightly relate to power wise. But he was even more amazed at how Soujiro used his electricity, pulling it from a socket and shaping it as he wants to freely. Boy did Shinji long to be able to do that. Though he could do some cool stuff with his own powers. "That's pretty cool actually. You've gotta teach me how to do that." Shinji explained as he stepped back a few paces. "I also have an electricity power as my stronger one. Minor healing is my weaker one though. My electricity is a little more violent though. Shinji explained his power slightly before demonstrating a few feet away from Soujiro.

Shinji pulled up the sleeve to the hoodie he was wearing and held out his own palm. Within moments, electricity appeared in his hand. It had no definite shape and was just pushing all over his hand. The way it was moving, it seemed that it was trying to climb up his forearm but because of Shinji's control over hit, he wouldn't let that happen. "See what I mean? I can also do other things with it but I have to do it outside or else I could seriously damage something in this room." Shinji explained. "I make my own electricity straight from my brain and through my nerves. But I have been trying to mold it into shapes for the longest time ever."

Soujiro looked at his power and listened to his explanation. It was cool to see another user of the power of electricity, but his power was slightly uncontrollable. "That's actually easy to explain. Since your power comes from your brain and your brain has many functions, the electricity that you create is uncontrollable because the electricity has too many functions from the brain for you to create one solid object with it. I, however, suck power from wall sockets, generators, and batteries. Those type of electricity have only one use: to produce electricity to other objects to use in different ways. This means that since it only have one use, I can create uses for it, like making the ball that I just demonstrated or making a weapon like a spear for example."

Listening to Soujiro's explanation, it clicked to Shinji that he was completely right. It was crazy how right he was, he understood Shinji's powers better than even him. But then Shinji had one small though, It was about Soujiro's prowess over electricity. "But wait, wouldn't your way of controlling it be pretty unproductive? What if there is no electricity nearby and someone is immune to that of your water abilities?" Shinji didn't want to be the pessimist in the situation but it seemed pretty suckish that he had to deal with such a thing.

"Well, everyday, I charge a battery to store power. The next day, I take the battery and keep it on me in case there is an emergency where there is no power." Soujiro takes the big battery out of his pocket. It was the size of a mini notebook and as long as a phone. "This battery to be exact. It stores up to 1000 watts thanks to some friends who modified it to work like that. I have no idea how they did it, so don't ask me. Anyway, it helps me have electricity at all times."

"Wow, that's really convenient. Though if that backfires, I'm always here as a walking battery." Shinji said this trying to be humorous. He smiled upon finishing saying this to show that he was trying to be funny. The dust in the air though was starting to get to Shinji as he sneezed twice, one after another. He wasn't used to being in such dusty and unused spaces but he could adapt to it without much effort if he had to. Just a matter of time really.

Shinji walked over to the window as he was trying to get a little fresh air. Pushing it upward to open it, a small breeze rolled in moving most of the dust off the desks and shelves. But aside from that, SHinji did get the air he so required. "Refreshing"
