Work today was nice. Painfully average, but nice. Kon tried to not let himself get too excited to one day be the voice the audience would hear doing a fight. He needed to be patient. To show off the most basic of skills an arena commentator should have and make himself a well-known and established part of the arena. Time moved by quickly here. Sooner or later his dream would come true.
That excitement made leaving work painful. He wanted to keep working. To keep showing off everything he could do and had learned. But he also knew he needed some time to relax or else he would be burnt out.
So after clocking out and chatting with his co-workers who were on break or also getting off their shift, he planned on watching a fight and doing some quiet commentary himself.
And he would have, if not for a familiar figure distracting him from his goal. A feminine body sat in a wheelchair watching the current fight. A feminine body with pale skin, white hair, cat ears, and a fluffy tail.
Konpeitō's instincts told him to get away. To ignore her, leave the arena, and go do something else. But why was a NEK0 here? Why was this NEK0 here? He needed to know. The paranoia of not knowing ate at him.
So he approached her with a smile, ignoring the bad first impression he had of her.
"Hi there! I recognize you from the Community Center a while back. Can't remember your name, though."
