Bond Shifting: Thanni can manipulate the bonds of two people. The targets must be within fifty feet of him. The ease of changing a bond one way or another is dependent on how emotionally close or distant the pair is. He can manipulate two people who aren't particularly close to become either friends or enemies with little effort. Good friends are more easily made closer, however it takes a degree of concentration to do the opposite. The inverse works the same way as well. It's harder to make two enemies friends.
