Appearance Description: If it wasn’t obvious Tavio isn’t remotely human. Frankly, he looks like a thirteen year old’s OC and dresses like a bad boy from the 90's. He’s 5’11”, with hard black armored plate like scales, horns, and two sets of wings. His wings are arguably the second strangest of his features considering the top pair belong. The lower half are lovely white feathered wings, like an angel. But in regards to his top pair, he will insist that they’re demon wings.
Personality Description: First impression of Tavio makes him seem pretty friendly, generally speaking. He’s a rather energetic people pleaser, doing what he can to seem appealing to people he’s interested in. However, he’s interested in everyone and wants to be everyone’s envy. On the flip side, he can be spiteful and vindictive. Especially if he’s rubbed the wrong way. That being said, he's not actually big on fighting . He's... kind of a wimp.
Active Abilities:
Discount Bargain Bin You: If Tavio consumes a portion of a person’s genetic material he can become an exact copy of a person for ten minutes. For starters, Tavio can only become other humanoids. He loses his powers and takes on all of a person’s powers species abilities however they are reduced to half strength. Tavvy also gains their weaknesses on top of his own. If he shares the same weaknesses as a person, the weakness will double in potency. Tavvy becomes mildly nauseous after using this ability and usually has to wait around 20 minutes to use it again. Tavvy also doesn’t necessarily just know how to use people’s abilities after becoming them he would need to repeatedly copy someone to begin to understand how their powers work.
Fire Breath: Tavio can breathe fire thanks to his strange dragon like physiology. He can shoot it as streams or shoot fireballs. It peters out around thirty feet. The fire is mundane and can be put out using ordinary means.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: Tavvy can lift around a ton, and match speed with a race horse. He sports four wings that grant him flight. His claws are as sharp as steel. While his scales aren’t nearly as hard, bullets from small caliber guns can pierce his flesh, but they don’t go particularly deep. His scales are also flame and heat resistant, he is however not immune. Tavio has senses of smell and hearing on par with a wolf, and eyesight on par with a hawk’s. Strong stimuli to any of his senses will harm or disorient him. He can also sense other demons from his hell.
Appealing aura: Tavio has an aura that causes anyone to see him to assume he is either a demon, dragon, or angel depending on what they’d prefer him to be. This will effectively ping on all normal physical senses. Enhanced visual abilities such as soul reading will reveal his true nature. Mind reading will also work in the same capacity.
Healing and immortality: Tavio can heal from minor wounds within a few seconds to several minutes. He can regenerate his limbs, over the course of a couple weeks, similar to a lizard. He heals quickly, not necessarily properly. A broken bone would need to be set first in order to heal. However, once set it can heal over the course of a week. He’s effectively immortal, should he be killed he simply gets reborn in Envy hell, returning to Earth after about a week.
Weaknesses: This is arguably a more cruel way to test to determine what he is, Tavio is weak to holy objects. Blessed weapons can harm him as though he is an ordinary person. Holy water burns his skin and can poison him if introduced into his bloodstream. He feels a natural anxiety in the presence of holy objects and on hallowed ground. Catholic icons in particular will hurt him if used against him by a person of faith. Physical contact with symbols burn him.

Biography: Tavio is one of Leviathan’s children. He just wanted to be cool, and have something different from the other demons in his section of hell. In his early years Tavio had no form at all, and he was relentlessly made fun of for it. He could always take on other people’s forms, but it was never for very long. It wasn’t until he was offered a potion that would give him a form. He eagerly took it. Now he looks like a hot dragon man.
Even with a new form, Tavio as still the butt of most people’s jokes. Not because he had a form, but how he got it. Tavvy is now attending school at Starlight Academy, because he’s going to show them. He’s going to show all of them.
