Even faced with a man who was some kind of literal skeleton-monster, he found he wasn't that alarmed. Living on Manta Carlos meant you just kind of got used to stuff that would drive someone in New York to absolute insanity. Things like monsters that didn't even look human. Literal demons. The citizens of Manta Carlos ran the gamut.
