Eat Me, Literally - Can shift almost instantly into and from anything consumable they have ingested, but can't shift back if they are being bitten. They can't move or talk, but they can hear and feel, and any injuries remain on shifting, but regenerate at their usual rate. They remain roughly the same size (a 5'10" slice of pizza or puddle of wine). They have the same physical properties such as taste, texture, appearance, and smell, but with no nutritional content or chemical effects. All their abilities remain in this form, including the fact they can't resist anyone feeding on them.
Passives
Open Up Aura - Anyone within 5' of Tam will have the urge to speak their mind. This doesn't only affects words on the tip of people's tongues, surface thoughts. It doesn't bring up things people have buried or aren't thinking about. It can be resisted if the person is paying attention, and is not a compulsion.
Glowing Mushroom Trail - If Tam's bare feet are touching soil at night, for at least 30 seconds, small mushrooms will sprout up in their footprints. These mushrooms only last 5 minutes before dissolving. The mushrooms also glow in the dark. 99% of the time they are harmless edible mushrooms. 1% of the time they are mild psychedelic mushrooms.
Weaknesses
Just Say It - They are compelled to say whatever's on their mind when talking with people. They effectively cannot lie because they don't have time.
Light Sensitivity - Sunlight hurts their eyes, and they have to wear sunglasses or be effectively blind on sunny days. Overcast is bearable. Shade is best. Their skin also itches irritatingly under direct sunlight, like a rash.
