"Yes, but I'm used to it now, I love the power of comunicating with other animals and I put up with the side effects." Kelena shrugged... "So what about you, got any powers?"
Mekira winced, averting his eyes for only a moment.
"I...I'm an electrokinetic. And, this."
He held out his left palm, an odd red symbol of seven small circles in the middle of the palm with the word "Punishment" written under them.
Mekira sighed.
"I have no answers...I awoke, without a past, this on my hand. I do not understand it. The seven circles could represent God's seven eyes...But that doesn't really matter anyway...All I know is all I touch with it wastes away and dies."
Kelena smiled warmly... "That's okay, if you have no past just as long as you have a future. I have no family, and a past but I can't remember anything except it was painful." She said consolingly...
