Sark walked out of the community center, and practically stormed away. To say he was angry would be a mild understatement. He threatened to tear it. The rag may not look like much, or even that it could be a treasured possession. But, it had been passed down in his family for hundreds of years. It also happened to be the only possession from home that he managed to bring along.

He walked a good distance in the park away from the community center, not wishing to cause a disturbance is any shouting occurred. He pretty much expected Sifa to follow him. Once happy, he turned back to face Sifa. He crossed his arms, his face had a more serious look. “Let’s talk.” He had this quiet, calm tone to his voice.

Sifa did not like sark at all. While most people too him to be a lazy person with no interest whatsoever in anything, he held grudges. He remembered every small thing said about him and this was no different as he remembered vividly his first interaction with Sark.

Sark had threatened to kill him, plain and simple. Of course he had done it for the sake of Shul, but it still did not matter to Sifa as he was mainly self centered. Sifa knew he had leverage on Sark in several ways. The first was that one of the human like robot wanted Sifa's affirmation and support for the proposal to Shul. The second was in the form of a cloth that was in his jacket pocket. Sifa was actually quite sure that he could bring Sark down to his knees right now if he so chose, but he didn't out of a principal that he held to himself. Sifa gave his word, and he intended to keep it.

"You bought some time to talk to me, so speak. Every moment you waste is another moment I could be sleeping."

This had been one of the very few times that Sark hated his human form. He wanted to run his hands through his hair, scream, eat a bunch of food, sleep. A lot of different things, all because he was angry that Sifa even threatened to tear the cloth.

He managed to remain levelled as he crossed his arms. “Sifa, I don’t even understand why you dislike me.” He had, frankly, forgotten his first encounter with Sifa. Of course he’d remember once reminded, but with no context he couldn’t. But he had trouble remembering a lot of things nowadays. He had promised Shul he’d do therapy, but he kept stalling. Meanwhile, the lapses only got worst and he felt like he was forgetting. He pushed away his thinking, instead focusing on Sifa. If this was for Shul, he would do it.

Sifa looked at Sark like he was in idiot. Because for all intents and purposes, Sifa saw Sark as an idiot. Who would forget making a death threat to someone, where Sifa came from none would make that statement lightly to him and none would dare mess with the Ruktin's in any large sense, including him. He, the lazy Rukt'in, was also one of the most cruel and the last time someone insulted him he staked them into the ground with ice stakes. There was no way he was going to forget a death threat.

"You threatened to kill me. I remember it as clear as day. I don't forget when people do that regardless of who you are."

Sifa then squinted at Sark to try and read his body language as he knew most people showed signs of how they felt though their interactions with other people. Small twitches of the wrist, sweating, and unordinary flinching among other things would tell Sifa a lot of the mental state of the person in front of him. He didn't see any yet, but maybe eventually he could glean some useful information from it.

Sark flinched a tiny bit. Now he remembered. Admittedly something he regretted saying. He hadn’t said anything that cruel since his mercenary days, and he knew exactly why. Even though a part of him knew Sida had joked about harming Shul, it felt too real. He had watched all the people he ever cared about slip right in front of him. He didn’t want to lose Shul, but he shouldn’t have done what he did.

He lost the angry tenseness that he had been displaying. In favour for a slight relax and slump in his shoulders. He slowly nodded. “Right... that.” His voice had dropped. Being reminded of his own brutality just... reminded him of the past. He had been a war machine made for war.

He inhaled. He didn’t massively like Sifa, but he didn’t want to be on the bad side of Shul’s family. Even if Shul was banished, Sark wanted to make an effort. He got the feeling that Shul would’ve made the effort with Sark’s father, uptight brother and dysfunctional friends he called family. “I apologise, Sifa.” He truly sounded regretful as he bowed his head a little.

Sifa remained as cool as a block of ice when Sark apologized to him. Sifa didn't consider a singular apology close to sufficient enough to forgive the robot in front of him. Sifa was a dragon, a prideful and confident race, and the fact that someone had the audacity to say that they would kill him was enough to impugn on his dignity.

Sifa did see though, the small signs of acknowledgement and understanding that elucidated that Sark understood the gravity of his actions against dragons like himself. So he asked his question with a sigh. A sigh that showed his discontent in the conversation.

"So any particular reason you threaten to kill the family members of your potential fiancé? Or are you just some insane or haywire robot that plagues my brother that finds it attractive to stab a knife into the family member who was talking to his long lost brother."
