Elatrion had left Atalia a note in their dorm room before she left for an early class saying she would meet her here at lunch to have their heart to heart.
Atalia had gone out of town to visit some old friends and Elatrion had stayed so that Ata could copy her notes, and also because they weren't friends of hers so she could stay out of the way of Ata and her reunion.
She now sat on a rock near the water with the wind blowing while she munched on a sandwich waiting for Ata to show up so they could talk.
A lot had happened while she was gone.
Although, she wasn't going to tell her about the massacre in the lunch room or that she was a part of Angels of Havoc. She loved her sister, but those just weren't things she could tell her.

Ata woke up late - as usual. She grumbled, finding the note on the dorm door, and threw some clothes on. Figuring Ela probably didn't get herself something to eat... Not to menton Ata was starving too, she decided to stop by the cafeteria on the way to the lake where her sister was waiting for her. Big mistake that was.

As she walked through the doors... It was a disaster. Ata clasped her fingers together, something she did when she was nervous, or uncomfortable... She walked slowly through a line, grabbing some fruits, and dashed out.

When she came to the lake, she instantly spotted Elatrion. A big smile spread across her face, and she ran to her. "Hey Ela! I've missed you so much!" She gave her a big hug, now that she knew that some stupid boy wouldn't make a comment. "I brought you some fruit... Did you know something wierd happened in the cafeteria... It was all burnt up, and sad looking... I was scared." Ata looked at her sister while taking a bite of a nice juicy red apple.

Ela smiled and embraced her sister back.
She took an another apple and bit into it, when Ata mentioned the cafeteria she choked on the apple and dropped it to the ground while trying to catch her breath.
Let's not talk about the cafeteria, okay?

Ata looked at her sister strangely. Why didn't she want to talk about it? Did it scare her more than it scared Ata? It was very deathly looking... And it had a strange presence about it that Atalia couldn't place. "Okay, Ela, if it makes you uncomfortable, we don't have to." She took another bite of her apple, and chewed it slowly, in thought. It was strange not being able to talk about something with her sister. They would talk about everything... She didn't know where there was a time the two of them couldn't talk about something. Even down to Ela's worst nightmares and illusions... They still talked it out, and Ata even felt that maybe thats how Ela would calm herself...

Ata patted Elatrion's knee softly and smiled at her regardless her confusion. "What did you want to talk about, Ela?"

Ela sighed, she hated having to hide things from Ata but she just couldn't tell her about the cafeteria, she was too ashamed but she enjoyed hanging out with Axel and the idea of what they were doing caused adrenaline to pump through her veins.
Let's talk about that boy you were with! What was his name? she said elbowing her sister playfully. She was so excited that Ata had found someone she could be with and it was a great deal more fun talking about her relationship than it was talking about Ela's shortcomings.

A big smile spread across Atalia's face, and she started to turn a bright red. She hid her face, and nudged Elatrion back, laughing. She stuck her tongue out and crossed her arms. "His name is Marco..." She didn't really like the Axel guy, but if she made her happy... She supposed she'd be okay. "What about that Axel boy? Is he anything special?"

Ela listened as she talked, Marco? That was a good name, although she had been hoping for more information than that. She reached down and grabbed a pear and rubbing on her shirt for a moment took a bite, chewed, and swallowed before saying anything.
Well, I have to be honest I was looking for more details, like...I don't know, has he kissed you yet? Are you guys an item? Can I expect a niece or nephew in a couple of years? she threw in a wink with the last question to let Ela know she was just kidding.
She took another bite of the pear, chewed, and swallowed before answering about Axel.
Well, I have to admit, he is a nice boy and I do enjoy spending time with him but a friendship is about all that you can expect from us. she said and chewed on the pear pensively waiting for her sister to answer her questions.

Atalia bursted out laughing, and couldn't help the tomato color her face was turning. She nodded her head slowly, and pursed her lips. "Yes... We've kissed... I really do like him, Elatrion." She smiled, just thinking about him. "I don't know if it's love... But it's definately close!" She laughed, and wrapped her arms around her sister, giving her a light embrace. "I'm so happy Ela!" She let go, and heaved a happy sigh.

Ela embraced her sister back a giant smile on her face. She was completely content right now, happy that her sister was with her, happy that her sister was happy.
I am SO happy for you Ela! I really hope everything works out wonderfully for you two! she said and then hurried and finished her pear tossing the core into the lake.
So, is there a secret engagement I am not aware of? she asked adding in a nudge to show she was just kidding with her.

Atalia shook her head and stuck out her tongue. She sighed happily, thinking about what it would be like if they did get married. Atalia giggled, and nudged her sister back playfully. "I hope so too, he makes me so happy." Atalia noticed the sparkle in her sister's eyes and grinned. Elatrion was really happy for Atalia and she was glad. She worried that Ela would become jealous, or depressed. It hadn't happened yet... But that didn't mean that it wasn't going to.

Though Atalia was really curious about this Azel boy. "Why only friendship, Ela?" She raised an eyebrow, and muched on her apple a bit more.
