Taking a friend to the mountains...

Aletia smiled, her blue eyes gazed softly at the view before her. "It's beautiful..." she said to Allie. It was only then that she noticed something about Allie. "You've got wings?" she said. SHe hoped that Allie wasn't going to think about it the wrong way. Her wings were so pretty it was unbelieveable.

Aletia watched as Allie began to watch off into the distance. It seemed she was remembering something that had happened before. "Allie?" she said, wondering what she was actually looking at.

Aletia frowned slightly. Allie was acting... different. Was what she had said? "Um, what are you looking at?"

Aletia winced at the word family. Oh, how horrible the past can be. However, a loud noise distracted her from the conversation before. She and Allie turned aroung, looking down the pathway they had just passed. "Um... How do you feel, Allie?" Aletia asked, scared for her life...

Aletia stared at the scales of the dragon, it's colour a beautiful shade. The way it flew over Allie and herself was simply magical. A smile appeared on Aletia's face, as she stepped forward several steps.

"WOW! So dragons really do exist! Not that I doubted you, Allie. Allie?" Aletia turned to Allie, noticing how she seemed scared. "Hey, it's alright. We can get away if needed," she said, trying to cheer up her new friend.
