Appearance Description: Sylvia is a thinly-built Neko. She has long, wavy black hair that goes to her shoulders and is usually worn down behind her shoulders. She also often brandishes a small flower in her bangs, that varies in color and changes daily. She is tall for a child due to her Neko roots, standing at 4' 2". She weighs 40 pounds due to her small structure. She has bright blue, silted eyes, and very pale skin. She also sprouts cat ears that are covered in a black fur, and a long, thin tail that almost touches the ground, also coated in black fur.
Personality Description: Sylvia is a very reserved and defensive child. She also is not very literate, falling behind in anything to do with language or history. On the other hand, she excels at the sciences and it quite good at judging distances. She has anger issues and is terrible at sharing objects or thoughts. Likewise, she never targets people nor does she bully, but she does hold very stiff grudges. Accidentally knocking over a water bottle of hers will get you on her bad side for the rest of the week, for example. On the positive side, Sylvia can work very well in a group, assuming she knows she is working with. She usually takes the reins on something like a group project, naturally leading it. She can get very irritated if her beliefs are dismissed though.
Powers: Sylvia currently has power nullification. This allows her to disable any outgoing supernatural abilities that are not passive. Ex; Sylvia could fizzle a fireball flying towards her or someone else, but couldn't stop someone from casting a shield made of fire around themselves.
Biography: Sylvia was found in the nearby wilds, having been separated from the rest of her "pack" at the age of four. She was quickly taken in by a family who taught her as much as they could, as at the time she only spoke in squeals and growls. The family found out that Sylvia had Power Nullification after an incident in which the walked in front of a target... while her step-sibling was practicing powers of their own. The family then immediately sent in an application to Starlight Academy.
