Swimming Date!

Lycia clutched her arms around Zeke as they both coughed and expelled the errant water. She had to agree. Pool water tasted nothing like good water should. Too harsh.

She nodded as she finished a cough. A tiny little cough and then she replied, "I think I do not want to try floating now. Too many... splashes with all the people." She couldnt see their bodies of course, but all around them more and more of those coiled bundles of life force were gathering in what she assumed was the pool around them. Souls.

"Please let us go back to where I can stand better. Maybe I will put my head under the water more there." Even if she was slightly deflated by the unpleasant interruption she seemed to be still seeking some kind of adventure.

"Unless you think it is time to leave?"

Lycia happily stayed in Zeke's arms as they half floated half walked back to the shallower portion of the pool. A few parents were sort of eyeing the pair like maybe they were being indecent, though in reality they weren't. But Lycia didn't know about the staring at all, she was just focused on having fun with Zeke. "Yes. Maybe we can put more water in the Dream!" She chirped happily and accidentally squeezed him a bit in her excitement.

"Before we go I want to feel what it is like with my face in the water again," she warned Zeke as she untangled her arms from his and then slipped under the water with a slight splash. From above he could probably see her long hair floating out around her and then she tackled his legs. She wasn't exactly strong enough to actually topple him but she was playful enough to try anyway before she came back up for air.

Only after a few more minutes of playing around int he water did she agree to leave the pool. "Ok, can you lead me to the changing room?" She was pretty sure she remembered how to get back to her locker. Pretty sure. But she was all turned around after being in the pool and playing around so actually finding the door to the locker room would be difficult.
