Ah, what a wonderful afternoon! The sky is clear, the other students on break were taking their sweet time outside in the courtyard. The whole school felt so lively and almost perfect. The wind felt just right as it blew through June's hair. He'd left it down with only a hair clip to pin his fringe away from his face. And the weather would have been perfect too while he decided to be a little dressy for the day.

If only the sun didn't shine so brightly.

"Ah~ It's so hot. Jessica, did you bring your parasol?" June whimpered, turning to one of the girls that followed behind him. If there was one thing that June hated, it was the sun. He was going to end up draining these girls dry if he keeps standing in that heat longer than necessary.

"Oh dear, I'm sorry Juney, I forgot you don't do well under the sun!" said Jessica as she rummaged her bag for her sun parasol. "Dear, maybe we should just go to the shade so you can sit down." said a second girl, "Jess, forget the umbrella, let's get June in the shade," she continued, grabbing June by the wrist to the nearest building around.

"Oh no, June, you're really pale!" a third girl came to June's aid, holding his face with both hands, "I'm alright, Delilah. I just need to stay out of the sun." he told her, lightly touching the girl's hand, inconspicuously stealing a little bit of her energy to replace what he lost earlier. The other two also stood behind Delilah with the same worried looks. It was funny how this was a common scene for him.

"Sunny days suck," The second girl sighed heavily. June turned to the girl with a smirk, "Oh come on now, Eden. You photosynthesize. You live under the sun." he said jokingly. Eden puffed her cheeks in response. June kept the smile on his face, "You can go run in the sun all you want. We'll wait for you."

"I'm going with, Eden!" Jessica declared. She left no room for any objections and dragged other girl away, leaving June and Delilah there at the stairs. "And there goes those two. Again."

June had a lot of different company everyday but he's found the same people to approach him each time. It happened that these three were the one who clung to him most often that he practically knew already. Sometimes he wished he'd get to meet someone else to change the pace though.
