Candy is running for office after spending a solid two weeks at school! Making lengthy speeches are right up this chatterbox’s alley, not to mention all the popularity (good or bad) she would get out of just running. Basically, she’s doing it all for attention. Her cheerful attitude, optimism, and charisma not only make her likeable, but electable as well, meaning that if she had something to stand for, it would be very likely that she could land a spot in the council. However, Candy has only been at Manta Carlos for two weeks so she barely has a clue how the school is run…..
Wanted: A Puppet Master
Whether they’re too shy, have a bad reputation, or just think that Candy would be a better platform than them, Candy can be their political puppet. While she does stand for certain things in general such as individuality, she wouldn't mind being told what to do as long as it secures her chances of winning. The person behind her, the one who would be doing all the real work in student council, could be just about anyone, even a small group or secret organization, whether their motives are good or bad… That’s up to you...

They could also double as the puppet master, but Candy needs someone to guide her along the way, prevent her from blurting out stuff that she isn't supposed to. The campaign manager is in charge of making sure everything goes as planned.
Other people Candy could use: Minions, rivals, allies, trophy boyfriend (PM me if you have any other ideas)

It's like she's literally the opposite of Havoc. In fact, they're literally so opposite it's almost hilarious. Candy has the personality, Havoc has an actual campaign reason but... not much of a personality. It might not exactly be what you had in mind, but if you don't get anyone jumping on your other want ads, we might be able to do something with that?
Like, Havoc realizes he's going to need someone to attract attention from himself, so he associates with Candy as his brighter, more personable ally, while Havoc is more on the 'I actually have experience and a campaign' side of things?

I have yet to see anyone else interested with my want ad, so I'd love to do something with that! Candy would still run for council, but having an ally who actually knows what they're doing would be helpful. Do you have something in mind for how they might meet? I have an open thread set up with her yelling into a megaphone in the school's courtyard and plenty of ideas if you don't.

Yo, I'm thinking I should have Chloe do the whole "you scratch my back I scratch yours" thing with one of the candidates. Preferably someone who will speak openly about demons / diversity and their commitment to supporting that part of the community, or who is a demon themselves. But it could also be someone who would just let Chloe have their ear about the DSU's school-funding-related needs through the term.
