Sebastian was once again doing his daily routine of running around the academy, he loved running in the woods the most as it made him feel like he was home and it was the best place for him to practice running in his wolf form. He decided to run through the woods in his wolf form, in this form he could maneuver around and run at full speed. The woods were the same everyday, running it all alone he never did much different. The only things he could change as whether he would run it in human form or wolf form.

As he ran, he could hear the birds chirping and the many animals of the small creatures in the woods and even up to the animals around the lake. He felt as though he was back in Australia running through the rain forests but every time he did he couldn't help but remember he was on an island away from anything else. The amount of animals that were on this island were severely lacking compared to what he was used to.

He was concerned because he had only met one other werewolf on the island and he was only 5 years old so he couldn't expect them to run together. He needed someone who could keep up with his speed, where Izzy said she could run she still would never be able to keep up with him leaving him to have no competition. His yearning for someone else he could call family whether he was in a pack or not he just wanted to be with another werewolf who he could talk to about adjusting to humans and the other beings on the island.

It was a lone and quiet day Willow was plopped onto her side in a patch of sunshine. It was wonder for the nap that she was busily enjoying. Well nap was a strong word, she was laying there with her eyes closed and resting but no sleep was actually being had. While she was in her wolf form like usual it felt good to enjoy the status of 'lone wolf' No pack. No hierarchy to contend with. Life was good.

Well, except for the loneliness.. That was something that ate at her unlike any other. There were two times before that she had a pack or semi pack and two times that it had failed her. The kinship of having other werewolves to brush against and feel whole with was strong. Given the ideal that she wanted a mate and it was about time that she had pups too made it that much harder. Taking a deep breath in and letting it out slowly she stopped when she heard the fast approaching sound of paws in the leaves.

Rolling onto her own four paws she shook off the excess dirt and pine needles form her fur before standing tall. Roughly the size of a Saint Bernard Willow was not a small wolf by far, but she was not the largest either. As she waited a breeze hit her and her cerulean eyes opened wide. Werewolf. Male. Unmated. The last one was hard to tell given the other scents that clung to him.. He was male that spent time with human females.. But he was still unmated to a single one.

Idly staying in place she waited for the fast approaching male to stop and allow this meeting to pass by. Rogue male meant a pack.. Or he was another lone wolf like herself. Either or would be an interesting inquiry in and of itself to see which one he truly was.

Whilst the run was going smoothly something suddenly hit Sebastian, the scent of something that smelt almost familiar. "Werewolf!" He thought unable to actually speak in his wolf form, he captured the trail of the scent and set off bolting he hadn't smelt another wolf on the island for the whole time he had been here and for one to just show up was fantastic.

His senses weren't thoroughly trained so he couldn't tell anything else about it but the scent was there no matter how faint it was. As he jumped over roots and rocks and around trees trying to find the owner of the scent he saw something standing before him on all fours. It was a wolf, about the same size as him maybe a bit smaller he couldn't tell from this distance. Once he saw it he stopped and bowed his head, it really as a wolf, someone like him on the island.

He held in his emotions and slowly started walking towards it, stopping after a few steps. There was something about her that maybe she was hostile, growling a little it had been a while since he had communicated with someone in wolf form. He hand't used the form since he was with his father and that was many years ago. His golden fur shining in the patches of sunlight that hit him through the trees and his golden eyes shining as he stared at the wolf in front of him.

Willow stood almost statuesque as she stared at the male before her. He could smell her in all of her glory at this close of a range. Like the earth after a storm paired with the scent of the woods. She was a being of pure nature incarnate. Standing her ground Willow let out a soft growl towards him.

'Stay where you are.'

It was a warning of any. As the fur on her back began to stand on end she was curious about the new comer, but new comers meant danger.. Which meant that there could be risk of getting hurt. Not something that she wanted to experience at this current moment in time or another. While she did enjoy the idea that there were more than just herself there.. She wanted to test the waters so to speak and see where this interaction got them before anything further could be said.. Perhaps he could be apart of a pack for her.

Stay where you are were the only words he heard from the beauty in front of him, right now he was close enough and the winds were correct he could smell her. She seemed to be almost one with the woods, she must spend a lot of time there. But why and when did she get to the island, he had so many questions but he couldn't ask them. He simply heeded her warning, bowing his head slightly as if to tell her he was not here to harm or to fight.

Sebastian was still so excited that another wolf was here, the hairs on his back were standing up both from his excitement and the small amount of fright he had. The last time he had been around a werewolf that wasn't his father or little Kristen they tried to kill him, was this going to be the same? Another problem with the situation was she seemed to be a lot stronger and be able to control her wolf form better whereas Sebastian was a lot better in his hybrid form and hand to hand combat.

He decided to try an let out a small growl in response to hers not one to challenge her but to just let her know that he understood. It had been so long that he couldn't remember exactly how to talk to another werewolf and what were the polite ways of interacting between werewolves.

Walking forward she made the move. One step at a time until she was nose to nose with him. Sniffing him as she walked around him a tight circle, as she made her way around to his front once more she pushed him with her shoulder before sitting down, observing him.

'Do you challenge me? Or. Do you submit?'

Letting out a bark to him she got on all fours once more and puffing her fur up to make herself look bigger than he was.. At close range he could get a more intimate smell of the delicious aroma of an Unmated. fertile. Female tickle his nose. Barely smaller than him she was still young enough to be around his age. Silence once more filled the clearing as she looked at him expectantly.

Sebastian stayed still as the female wolf walked up closer and closer to him until there noses almost touched, she then walked around him sniffing him. He was frozen, unknown whether it was fear or something else he couldn't do anything. The smell of her wolf aroma struck his nose like a bus, if he had of been the same way that he was with Vlad he would be in trouble. But since then Sebastian has let out his frustrations and given into his bestial urges, standing still and facing forward he waited for the wolf to come around.

Suddenly in a wolfy growl she asked him if he was going to fight her, he remembered that this was an act of dominance but by the way that she stood she was definitely more of an Alpha than he was. A female alpha probably wasn't uncommon and she did feel like she could be not just stronger but faster and have trained her ability more than him.

Sadly though Sebastian wasn't one to concede so quickly, letting out a growl he beared his teeth snapping at the wolf.

I've never been one to back down from a challenge.

He quickly raised his paw swiping horizontally in front of him, this would at least give him a taste for her speed and strength.

Willow was indeed faster than him. As Sebastian lifted his front paws to swipe at her she moved. It was a forward lunge of a sorts, only instead of skimping out on the minor contact it was full body. The action was meant to take out his back legs and knock his entire center of gravity off balance.

A snarl escapes out of her lips as she took a hit to her face by his front claws for her efforts.

'I have been a low wolf since I was a pup! You know not of what you deal with. Submit!'

Her mind was already reeling, her pheromones and natural scent. There was something about fighting that made her blood sing. Perhaps it was because she didn't want to loose anymore than she already had before.. Willow was not a weakling, having fought for something she held valuable every single day of her life.. Food. Pack. Survival.

Once he is hit by the lunge he falls backwards feeling the strength of the werewolf head on, he couldn't fight like this and his senses were all messed up from the pheromones of the new female. He immediately moved back a bit and changed his form, transforming into the hybrid wolf human form that he was used it.

Raising his hand with now wolf claws on it he looked at the wolf, "I've been alone my whole life. Running trying to survive, don't at like you know me!" He yelled as he ran towards her jumping into the air attempting to strike her with his claws on his hands as he came back down.

It was true that he had been trying to survive but his level of combat was not that of someone who trained, he was strong but other than his strength and speed that were both matched by the woman he had not technique or talent for fighting.

While Sebastian was able to strike Willows back, because she moved in a fluid manor she was able to dodge anything deeper than a few scratches. First blood may have gone to the young male before her but she was not going to allow him to win. The wilds were a harsh teacher, she had taken bears down bigger than her.. More powerful than her wereform. Yet, in the end she came out on top. Her each day was a struggle. Being a lone wolf was never that of a kind fate to one. The time she spent with a pack both times could boil down into only six months out of thirteen years that she had been alone.

Moving swiftly to the left she clamped her jaw down on his calf and began shaking her jaw violently, she was aiming to take him down to the ground. Even if it was through a route of sheer ferocity it was this that her determination would shine. She would take Sebastian down.
