Personality Description: Sweet yet mischievous. Steve is very friendly, he loves people, and will try to help them despite his young age. But he is a prankster and love causing a little chaos. He can be a little manipulative at times, tricking people out of items.
Powers: Shadow Teleportation. Can open up portals to travel through. Can have two portals open at once, can pull one person through at a time. Portals last about thirty minutes at a time. Portals reach a mile at a time
Species Abilities: Because of his young age he can't take on the wraith form. He can grow wings which grant flight and is very strong for his age and can lift 50 pounds. His senses are also enhanced, he can pick up scents and see in the dark. Is vulnerable to sunlight just like most vampires. Requires blood to survive.
Biography: Born to a peaceful vampire couple in Louisiana he spent his first 11 years of life were peaceful until his parents disappeared (killed by vampire hunters). A family friend quickly sent him via ship to Monta Carlos (said friend was then also killed). Now wandering the island, Steve is alone, looking for fun and maybe a new family.
Additional Information: He's a wraith vampire (same as Van Thurstan), as he grows older he'll develop all of the same abilities
Tends t lose control of teleportation when nervous or embarrassed.
Tends to randomly teleport in sleep.
Speaks in a Louisiana accent.
