Seth looked at him and smirked. "Oh, i plan on doing more than drawing blood. I intend on taking a life. Though maybe two." He answered and lunged towards him. He was limited to his sword. Light banished shadows making it hard to exactly hurt them being in the light. Evol moved away from the lunge, pulling him after her eeing as he held her arm still.

Diligo braced himself as the lunge began, only to find it unnecessary, for he was quickly pulled away by Evol. Diligo glared at Seth. Now the battle would truly begin. Diligo released Evol's hand. At close range Diligo could fight with efficiency. His gun was worthless against an opponent on guard.

Diligo darted toward Seth at surprising speed, his power not from running nor flying, but from simply gliding against the guard, as if his feet were suspended by skates (Which they were, actually). Everything Diligo had been taught was in fighting the knife and sword, this was his element of expertise. He could not afford to lose. Once again, somebody might need him. This time he would not fail.

Seth did nothing more than draw his sword up to strike again, though moved back when he saw Diligo moving towards him. He was suprised by his speed and the shadows grouped behind him, seeming to form wings, a darker version of his sisters.

Evol moved behind him, the balls of flames hitting the floor around both boys. when the wings formed though, she aimed them at his wings, so he could not fly. She was no fighter, so thought herself as someone who'd only get in Diligo's way. What she could do though, was keep shadows at bay and keep her brother from any unfair advantage.

Diligo quickly threw out his leg at his foe, not close enough to meet foot to body, but enough to slice with the blade extending from it. It was a swift roundhouse of sorts, something Diligo had worked long to perfect. A technique that would slice the foe peerlessly with a power greater than the arm could allow. Diligo's other leg also moved in the direction of the roundhouse. It allowed the strike to increase even more in speed, but more importantly, gave a quick escape route. He knew Seth was unable to control shadows under Evol's control for more than a couple seconds, but he still managed, even if not for long, to form wings. That meant use of shadows wasn't really out of the question, only advanced use was. What powers did an incomplete Seth possess? Diligo wondered to himself. Like it or not, he would most likely soon find out.

Seth brought up a sword to block the kick, moving backwards away from the man. Eyes narrowed, seeing the blade and he looked at the man with anger in his eyes. He disliked this person, who was getting between him and what he wanted. A sound though, got both of their attention. It was a small beeping sound, and it came Seth's wrist, on which rested a watch.

Evol looked at him and for probably the first time they looked at each other without a threat. Both backed further apart, Seth into the shadows and Evol away from Diligo. The flames on her were growing to cover her body. She held a fearful look, yet she didnt seem in pain. Seth disapeared into the shadows and seemed to disapear for good.

Evol on the other time, knlet until she seemed in the fetal position, shaking and wings covering her body from view. "No..." She whispered.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond, I just haven't had much time.

Diligo could not move, his entire being transfixed at what was happening. Now Diligo was sure that this was what Evol had meant. Her body was being taken over by fire, her wings covering her body, intentionally or otherwise. Diligo wasn't quite sure how to react. Seth knew this would happen, Evol knew this would happen. Naturally the demigod extended his hand, but, realizing he could do nothing, let it hang awkwardly. His mind begged him to help her, but his heart said it couldn't be helped. Or was it the other way around?

One thing Diligo knew though, was that he was now engulfed in this world. He could not leave, and he wouldn't even with the possibility. He would do his best to help his new friend, even if staying around was the most he could accomplish.

((No worries, I understand))

There was change behind the wings, though feathers remained the same, the muscles and tissue grew till they were bigger. Skin was starting to be covered by golden fur as the reddish hair on her hair seemed to grow into her head as it changed to the same color as the rest of her body. As the fur grew bones started rapidly growing and reforming. Jaw lengthened and ear rose on her head. A tail grew from her rear.

The necklace at her throat and the cicrclet on her forhead grew as well. Soon the necklace was more a breastplate and the circlet at her head covered most her head except where her ears poked through. The ruby shone in the firelight, but seemed to hold their own light as well.

The noise that emmited fro her thorat changed from a whimper to something like a large-cats mew. Wings folded back at her side, but she was no longer herself. A lioness now stood where the girl had before. She sat on hind legs, head looking at her paws, ears against her skull. After a few minutes she looked up at him and spoke, the sound that had previously only barely held a feline sound now could easily be noted for the growl in her voice.

"I.....am sorry."
