Tarana recoiled slightly when Samara began undoing her blindfold. "No, stop," she protested, but made no move to actually forcibly stop her. She didn't want to hurt Sam and she didn't enthrall her sisters without good reason.

Squeezing her own eyes shut, it took Rana a moment to work up the courage to look at Sam. The words I will never leave you made her give in and she opened her eyes to look at Sam. She let out a short, breathy laugh.

"You're so lovely. I miss getting to see you." Rana's tail coiled possessively around Sam's, intertwining the two sisters. She refused to touch with her hands though, knowing that might be crossing a line. "We should get out of the cold though, before one of us dies."

Samara wondered how Rana could do this so often, have her eyes closed to the world. Doing it even then, Samara felt so vulnerable. She wanted to meet Rana's eyes or to see Tarana's expression, but Sam knew she couldn't.

Her breath came out a little sharp as a purple blush worked its way over the entirety of her face. She could have said it was from the cold, but Samara didn't make a habit of lying.

"T-That is a very good idea," Samara replied, unable to find the words for Taran's previous statement.

It was a sad feeling, not being tangled up in the warmth of her sister when they had to make way for elsewhere.

"Where are you ssstaying now? O-Or do you wisssh to come to my home?" She paused a beat before saying, "I have been conssssidering getting my own place, but my pay feelsss... inadaquet for sssuch a thing."
